Places an order online around 11pm and everything was fresh and made to perfection yet again. The male manager who covers the night shift does a great job running the shift. There’s no playing around and he makes sure orders go out and are reviewed as requested. I appreciate that in today’s society.

One of the few places I gave a 5 star they have the best wings in Hinesville hands down. Management and staff are quick and accurate. My only wish is the return of beer for sale wings and beer ate great together pleaze bring it back!

Doordashed from there and it was came back not fresh nasty looking then I went up there and got a remake and when I received it again it still look nasty they need to clean there grease like I don’t even know why they would sell there food like this like usual never have problem with wing stop like I paid a lot of money just for it to be nasty again my boneless wings were all tonight neither hot sauce all on them when I had plain and hot sauce one I got the pain for reason not for it be hot on it too

I ordered ahead for a 20 piece meal deal. I arrived to pick it up and it wasnt ready for another 30 minutes. I checked it when i returned home and it wasnt even wings it was plain chicken tenders. Im utterly impressed how you take an hour on an order and still get it completely wrong.

I spent 22 dollars on my meal! Was very specific about how I wanted it and still ended up dissatisfied! I wanted a 10 piece lemon pepper wing meal smothered in lemon pepper seasoning and there was little to no seasoning on there! I’ve lived around here for almost 10 years and although I’ve never been directly treated disrespectful I also never have never been treated more then just a “number”. HOWEVER last night was different ( even know I’ve had messed orders before) they missed up on my order. I called and explained and apologized and asked how I wanted to handed it. I said I’d like to come back back and get missed food, told them what was missing and they said they would have it read for me. Showed up and was ready, didn’t expect anything further however apologies again and compensated me for the inconvenience. At the end of the day what matters most was they treated me more then just a number from the moment I walked…… If you all see this …..

Ordered the new hot lemon. Recieved Just hot. Returned the wings. Literally watched them pour lemon pepper seasoning on the same order and laughed. This place is usually a miss. Do not risk your hard earned money for substandard food. There are better options in town.

This isn’t a bad place to eat. The only problem I had with this location is that it took a little longer to receive my food. I guess that they had new workers because there was a crew member that was telling them that “we got to get these orders out”. After receiving my food, I can say that I’ve had better from this franchise.
