I am not sure why it has a 3.3 rating. The service was great the people there were on it and friendly treated us like family. The food was perfect. I really appreciated the friendliness of the staff. So many places these days just take your order and don’t engage in any conversation. They were terrific!

Walked in to place an order and was told to wait. Approx 5 min later another employee comes up and ask if I’m im picking up an order. No, im waiting to place an order. Employee tells me I have to order online which I question. She send a 3rd employee who proceeds to tell me it will be 30 min before she can TAKE my order because they are back up. What in the world?

Small shop among many others in this strip mall. Busy parking lot, lots of in/out traffic. This is a fast paced place, you may want to order online for pickup, they are busy.

I would’ve put a negative star … the Most disturbing and disgusting location I’ve ever been , I’ve been to hundreds of different wing stop location this is the dirtiest location in the US , I’ve seen trash cans cleaner then this location, smelt like the back end of a toilet. Very sad and dirty

To start, the woman at the counter was completely unprofessional and didn’t respond to questions. Also, the whole store is nasty and the floor is covered in soda. Lastly, NOBODY had their hair secured in the kitchen area.

My wife and I were traveling through and stayed at one of the hotels near this location and decided to order from here. Wings are mediocre; edible. But the fries were very soggy and tasted like old burnt grease, left a nasty taste in my mouth. They really were inedible. We ordered online for pick up and were missing a side of celery, a side of sauce, a side of fries is which after tasting some, they can keep the missing fries. Yuck. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Will not be returning.
