After waiting 15-20 minutes for my meal. The 8 pce combo costs almost $15 dollars. After getting my food and leaving I had to pluck the feathers from the wings and the fries was warm and soggy. Bad ass business for me. When I returned they treated me like a begger and said there was nothing they can do. Sad

About 2 months ago I ordered from this wing stop and it literally made me sick. I just ordered it from the same location on Tuesday and here it is Friday and I have been sick ever since. I cant even eat anything for fear of my stomach being compromised. Please look into how you all are storing your food. I.e the temperatures are as they should be and meat and other items are stored as they should. Even the ranch which I believe is the main culprit. I will never eat at wing stop again due to this.

Customer service was nice, food came out fresh and hot and tasted amazing!!! Got the Korean bbq flavor as my first ever personal meal from wingstop. It did take them a bit to get my brother’s order right, but the food was amazing and fresh!!! Will be coming back to this spot!

I guess they dont have anywhere to put their personal drinks, i was sitting down waiting on my order when a young lady walked up and sat her OPEN drink next to mine, when i was planning on eating at the table, i just found it weird. I wouldn’t put an open out drink in front of a customer who may or may not put something in it or not, its unsafe. Waited 35+ minutes for my order which was only a 3 piece tender. Food good tho.

This location has terrible customer service. I picked up my mobile order from this location today and the cashier just stared at me. She didn’t even greet or acknowledge me. I told her that I was here to pick up my mobile order and I told her my name. She just grabbed my bag from off of the shelf next to her and placed it on the front counter. She still didn’t say a word to me. Then she continued to look at me and just placed a cup on the counter. She had her left hand touching her right shoulder inside of her shirt while doing everything with her opposite hand. Which, was the right hand. Very unsanitary. There was about 6 staff members up to the front counter and not one of them thought to say anything to the customers. The wings weren’t good at all. The staff needs to be retrained at this location. It’s very disappointing.

I ordered the ten boneless wings with fries and a drink. The price was decent for the amount of food, and I also ordered it for carry out. The restaurant is still as clean as when it first opened however the person working the cash register was a little rude. The food quality was decent, but I much prefer the dry rubs over the sauced wings. Everything is made to order so the quality is good for what you’re getting and you always know it’s going to be fresh. It might make your wait a little longer, but it’s worth it.

I went there like an hour or so ago and the lady Ms. Alexandra was very rude and nasty toward my family she snatched the food from my mothers had and she was being very mean towards her own works and she was just a very nasty person today also she got mad at my mother cause she had order the wrong thing. Goes downhill when the good manager isn’t there. Wait times high even for estimated time to be ready, still waited 30 minutes. Bathrooms locked with people in them for over an hour doing who knows what. Ice everywhere and puddles. Tables dirty. Garlic Parmesan came out with no Parmesan. They were almost dry. Lemon pepper came out cold which makes zero sense for how long we waited. Not coming back anymore after 3 bad wing stop location experiences. Will be going elsewhere. Some serious quality control issues at several locations. Fries tiny and not crispy or fresh. Very soggy.
