I. Can. Not. Tonight was the night I was deciding between wingstop and wnb. I decided WS because it was closest to where I was going to be at. Big mistake, HUGE! I’m not sure what it is but ALL wingstops need to understand more seasoning doesn’t make the food better tasting. I ordered 30 wings and can barely eat any of them!! They taste like straight salt and thank goodness non of us, have high blood pressure! I would think there would be a recipe they could follow; I mean seriously as a business owner myself, that’s a lot of waste and seasonings aren’t cheap. Train your staff to follow a recipe.

If you take a restaurant that’s horribly staffed and schedule employees who don’t enjoy frying chicken and putting it in bags (the sole function of WingStop) the end result is nothing more than the epitome of terrible fast food. If you enjoy waiting 40 minutes to finally receive your order of lukewarm chicken flavored rocks then go ahead, but you’d get better food and better customer service at the Walmart deli down the road.

Ordered for pickup by 3:45pm. Already paid for items. Walked in at 3:45pm. That’s when he clicked on my name and started the order. Poor way to run a business. Food is not even as good as other Wing Stops. Fries barely have seasoning. Will be going to Grovetown location from now on.

Stopped by here for lunch. Oddly enough, this was my first time ever at a wing stop. Prices are very fair and the food was pretty good. I ordered the chicken sandwich with mango habanero sauce. Sauce was tasty and a little spicy. My wife ordered boneless wings with 4 different sauces. The only sauce she liked was the BBQ. Food was cooked after ordering and was fresh.

The girl deep cleaning the floor needs a raise! I am so impressed seeing a youth take pride in their job. The ladies the took my order and brought me my order were also very pleasant and just nice. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Did a carry out order here tonight for dinner. While waiting for my order I watched the staff work. What I saw was great teamwork. The workers were fast, efficient and work well together. The gentleman who helped me Neco was very friendly, quick to help me when I walked in the door, but what I also noticed is when the crowd died down he didn’t just stand around he changed out soda syrups, cleaned and assisted other employees as needed. When the manager called out to him he answered very respectfully. Lastly home to eat the food(pictured) food was correct, hot and tasty. Very good experience all around.

2024-05: Ordered some wings, fries, and drinks through a third party delivery service. My review is based solely on the food. I had 15 wings (mild and parmesan garlic, some lemon pepper fries and 2 sweet teas. The wings were lacking flavor, even being seasoned. The fries were decent and so were the sweet teas, but one tea was full and the other was about 3/4 full.

Im sorry, but i just cant do it anymore. I gave benefit of the doubt that the new manager, who seems super eager to improve the establishment, just had to fix a lot of things.
But im sorry, half of my meal is my fries, and some girl said “it takes too long to cut them in the morning”
Okay, so our feedback doesnt matter. Got it, you take lazy short cuts instead of providing quality. The new fries are GARBAGE and ruin the whole experience.
Also, my wings the othet day were inedible because they were so overcooked. That hasnt been an issue in the past, but conjoined with the trash new fries, that taste like they ran over to kroger and bought a bag of fries from their frozen food section, im done. The value for my money was that extra time spent cutting those fries.
