I wanted to say this was my first time at Wing Stop and the service i received was excellent! I came in near closing time and they accommodated me for my order plus it came out lightning quick. There was a new employee there and he was super friendly and helpful. The manager on duty was really nice too. I will definitely come back when I can.

Our favorite wingstop around! The best service, fresh food and the employees are the friendliest, so sweet. We definitely recommend trying it out. I take my niece and nephew every couple months to this location only.

I had it for the first time ever, it’s the best Wing Stop I ever went to! The Louisiana Rub and the Garlic Parmesan is the bomb.com. The Voodoo fries taste amazing and I love the ranch dressing. I’m so glad we got one here in Fort O where I won’t have to go any further to find a Wing Stop!

This place is NOT clean and NOT friendly! Jason Begley is the GM, he’s just typing good reviews on here so his Wingstop doesn’t shut down. The fryers are developing mold, there is chicken in the cooler still from when we first opened, there’s so much chicken blood and juice, it’s leaking through the cooler door! Guys, I promise this isn’t a place you want to support! This place needs better management or SHUT DOWN!!

The supervisor told me he wouldn’t give me my order when I ordered again bc I leaned in to grab my online scheduled pick up (arriving 15 mins late to guarantee my order would be ready) after standing there several minutes and NOT being acknowledged. Doordash came right through,asked for his order in front of me and received it. When I called the store for clarity as I got home the supervisor for the night shift yelled and hung up the phone. (I couldn’t make out what was said). The customer service and management needs to be evaluated ASAP.

They were understaffed. We were advised it would be a 40 min wait. The employees were polite but the food was disappointing.
Cold wings and slightly warm fries with sugar? sprinkled on them. The fries were mostly crumbs or the end of the bag. Waste of time and money.

The manager Prim is AWFUL! Honey if you hate your job that much then this isn’t the job for you. I did an online order last night went in to pick it up, Prim rudely got my bag which had grease leaking so bad out of it that when I asked her what it was to make sure it was grease “it’s grease duh” when I asked for another bag she proceeded to roll her eyes and threw another bag on the counter. When I told her the rudeness wasn’t necessary as I was saying please and thank you she again rolled her eyes and walked away all while giving me a go to hell look. It was an awful experience just to get a take out order not once has anyone there been this rude at all. Sad if the managers act like this the employees are going to think it’s ok and treat every guest the same way.

I got my food at a wonderful time it was quick. Rachel was really sweet and they are quick and everyone worked together so well. They have the lobby spotless and they were just overall amazing. The food tasted amazing and was very well cooked. Samantha handed me my food and was very polite. The general manager Jason had them working at a fast but calm pace. Overall my experience here was amazing and I would recommend going. The food is good they have great customer service.
