This location has great deals on boneless wings . My kids and I love picking up an order on a week night to enjoy a day free of cooking and cleaning dishes. The food was ready when I arrived and I love that it is cooked to order. I do not mind the wait because I know I am getting exactly what I ordered. The crew was good at communicating any updates on my order.

This was my last time purchasing food from this location. I ordered a 6-piece Cajun wings and specifically asked for both the wings and fries to be crispy. Instead, the wings were hot but soggy, and the fries were also soggy and very oily. It’s extremely disappointing to spend your money on food you expect to be prepared correctly. This location really needs to do better.

I had a good experience here. Customer service was very good and the food was fresh, especially the wings which were a decent size. My only complaints are that the wings needed a little more seasoning (I could only taste a small amount of lemon pepper) and the fries, although not cold, should’ve been hotter. The restaurant was very clean and organized.

It 9:57 and they are telling everyone walking in that it’s online only and that they aren’t accepting walk in’s. I personally didn’t know that this was a thing. Luckily I did order online but online it clearly says walk ins up until 11:45. Also restroom was completely closed, Lady stated that somebody was cleaning it, but it looked like nobody was really in there. Seems like they just decided to close off restrooms at a certain time. Food was also definitely not right and not what we thought. Safe to say that I highly doubt we will be back.

Me and my daughter when in to the wingstop to on 138 in Stockbridge the three ladies was very friendly and super nice to us… that make me want to come back again.. store was clean food was fresh and hot… keep up the good job…

Manager was rude…yelling “placing or picking up” all the way across the store. I wait for an employee to take my order and, again, after waiting about 3 minutes, she asks me if I was placing or picking up…like I said when I first got here…I’m placing. She makes a comment under her breath about how I should’ve came up to the counter (keep in mind there are other people in front of me)…
I place my order and they don’t even have cups up there to give me…she says she’ll have to go grab some…she forgot. I finally get my order after almost 30 minutes, and I ask her for the cups. Not only that, but I watched her bag up food while touching her cellphone…how disgusting and unprofessional.
I get my food—my ranch is not in the bag…$33 later and I don’t even get the ranch I paid for…
I usually come to this location due to the good customer service I’ve experienced here in the past. However, it seems like those employees are now gone. I will never come back to this location again.

They only marks that wasn’t missed was, my order being placed online and it being ready when I arrived and, the chicken was friend nice and crispy. The chicken was hot but 2 of the 3 orders placed the fries were cold. The lemon pepper boneless was extremely salty . There was no lemon pepper flavor present. The same could ve said of the classic garlic and parmesan. Laced flavor and taste. Half of both orders were drenched in so much oil I had to discard 4 of 10 pieces. The chicken should not be drenched or left in the cooking oil.to batter.
The Wingstop location unfortunately missed the mark!

Poor Service ExperienceI had a terrible experience at your location tonight. I walked in around 11:50 PM to place an order, and the young lady at the front with glasses had a horrible attitude. When I said I was placing an order, she immediately yelled to her coworkers, saying, “See, this what I’m talking about she’s going to be the last person, cause I’m ready to go.”I asked what time they closed, thinking maybe I came too close to closing, but she said 1:00 AM which made her attitude completely unnecessary. The energy from everyone working there was rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t even tell who the manager was because the entire staff acted the same way.I’ll be spending my money elsewhere from now on and will be reaching out to both the district manager and corporate about this experience.
