I’ve tried them several times since opening, always asking for well done or extra extra crispy wings if ordering in person. Today I gave them one more try. I ordered in person was told to come back in 18 minutes because I asked for extra extra crispy. I get home and my wings are barely cooked. Had to put them in the air fryer.. I also asked for extra lemon pepper, no flavor. They have a tendency to not sauce the food as well. Staff here is a very friendly, but the food sucks.

I didn’t want to give it 1 star because when I first started going here the wings were perfect. But lately I noticed the wings aren’t being cooked thoroughly. So maybe they have new people working here. But please fix this issue. You are going to make people sick serving undercooked wings and I shouldn’t have to tell a food restaurant to cook my wings a little longer that should be a given.

The place was so clean I felt okay letting my 16 month old room around while waiting on our food. The people were very nice but the manager Mia was amazing! She was so friendly and made sure our food came out correctly and quickly! We love her and we will back for sure !

I’ve only been here 2 times. It’s clean (smells like the use pinesoul to clean), the service was friendly and quick and the food was hot and crispy when I got home. I’m not used to that when eating Wingstop. They’re doing something right at this location.

The BEST Wingstop I’ve ever been to. We placed an online order and some of the workers forgot to provide us our condiments. We called back and the manager Ms. Mia seamlessly handled the situation. Not only was she generous enough to remake our order, but she was kind enough to provide us extra condiments as compensation for our trip. If you are reading this Ms. Mia, YOU ARE GOATED.

First off im not the type to do these but after tonight’s top flight service I had to say something. Tonight shift was all pleasant and welcoming from the manager on duty Mya down to the cook the whole crew was engaged. I wanted my wings well done and Mya made sure they were as she says fried hard. She provided excellent service. I’m just here visiting and the store smelled amazing and was clean. Of all the wing stops I’ve entered this is the first to actual deliver my food in the time estimated. I will be back for sure.

So happy I no longer have to travel way over to hwy 138. Crew here is upbeat,attentive and doesn’t just let u stand there wondering when your order will be called.
