Tried out this location 3 times and each time was disappointing but this last time was the final straw. I ordered lemon pepper wings and honey rub. The bag was leaking. Got home opened it up and the wings were not fully cooked and drenched in this liquid watery substance. Had an awful smell. My lemon pepper was drenched in the supposedly liquid water honey rub (was not honey rub btw) which should be dry. Threw away everything. Waste of $18. Will not be back!

The first time I ordered Hot Honey Rub wings, they were incredible, full of flavor and cooked just right. But that must have been a fluke. The last two times were a complete letdown. The wings were bland, dry, and looked like someone lazily waved sauce near them instead of actually seasoning them. This is supposed to be a rub? What a joke. The barbecue wings were just as bad, barely tossed, with one side completely dry. It is obvious the staff at this location could not care less about quality or consistency. Do not waste your money here. Go somewhere that actually knows how to serve wings.

I hate to do this, but I usually order wings from Zaxby’s, but thought I would give these folks a try. The staff was very friendly, but the service was very slow. I can live with that even, but not meat that is tough. Also, the bone-in wing was very slim on the meat part. I thought I had ordered boneless, but maybe I got that wrong. I will say that when I called they offered to give me another order of boneless when I chose to come in. Like I said they were very polite and nice.

we stopped here after atlanta truck invasion and man this is the worst wingstop EVER.. made us wait 40 mins for our order, some dude in the back was throwing fits, throwing plates and ripping them up. they also don’t wear gloves and will touch your food with their bare hands. they also didn’t give me a cup after i paid for it and when i went up to the lady to tell her, someone in the back yelled “too bad”.. to top it off they forgot to give us a whole CHICKEN SANDWICH.. this place is a joke

The restaurant appeared clean. The service for me was not good nor the food. I waited over 20 minutes with everyone receiving their order before me, even folks that walked in after me. My order was simple, 6 boneless lemon pepper wings combo and 6 classic wings with hot honey rub and smoked barbecue. I watched as they chatted and made orders. What I received was half barbecue and half lemon pepper, which I don’t like. I called and told them but of course the person that answered the phone was speechless. I just hung up.

Two weeks ago I ordered food online through the wingstop app and it stated the food would be ready approximately 15-20 minutes. I decided to go up there after 25 hoping to recieve my food, but the cashier, a brownskin short lady told me it was about a 45 minute wait. After 20 minutes I still had to wait longer!!! I received my cup and noticed black spots in it what appears to be mold. I quickly threw my drink away and notified others in the buliding. I was highly dissatisfied and will be making a report!!! This place also does not use gloves and has flies flying around everywhere!!!!!!

terrible service terrible customer service terrible food. I recommend nobody order food here this Wingstop is always the worst. I shouldn’t have trusted it . I just wasted $22.87 on some 10 piece wings. The fries was burnt. I ordered from Uber eats I may review they deleted my photo for Uber eats cannot give me my refund and I hope this place get what they deserve. let me bring it down what happen so I ordered from Uber eats the 10 piece boneless wings platter with the fries and a drink. They said they was out of the drink.or The drink machine was down so they gave me a bottle of water cause they call me the lady the was picking up my order. She calls me. I said that it’s fine so she got here. I looked at my food. The fries was old n burned it was like the bottom of the bag. The boneless wings was half a meat not any a full wing and it was crumbs and it was hard like it just rushed it and put it in the thing so I called up there spoke to the manager. The girl was on the phone before was rude as hell. I talked to them and I said can you make my food over again? it’s not right. He’s still going back-and-forth n just took my food n place it in the on the counter, the lady that was on the register was still being rude and I realize that is the same lady that was on a call with me that was being rude to me and then not trying to hear what I have to say so I asked them for a refund that he still have attitude saying you’re not gonna get a refund you can’t get a refund. You don’t get a refund from the app so all I say is this is the worst place to order your wings from they need to be reported to health services because the wings that they gave me and the frosted they gave me was so terrible and it was not edible and it’s a shame. I had to go up there and try to fight to make my food over again.
