So I just wanted to know what would possess y’all to give me this lol like I can’t do nothing but laugh cause this is bold!! I came in for a large ranch dressing ONLY, because I like to get it and have it for salads and what not for a few days but if I came in to your store tonight at almost 9 pm (January 20) why would you give me this knowing it expires in the morning!!! I asked for extra crispy wings , confirmed that with the cashier 2 times and waited 20 min for them ! I was served soggy soaking wet wings . The manager with the Jerry curl did nothing but complain the whole time I was in there . I ordered 2 tenders with my 6 piece soggy wet wings and was given a tender and 2 nuggets . I will not be back . Waited all that time for disgusting food .

Omg they are the worst ever. Extra heavy on the grease and lack of flavor. Was told I would get an order of boneless wings for completing the survey. I never got the wings but I did get covered in the grease from the classic wings I ordered. Opened container and it all splashed on me oh so much grease! And NO flavor. Overpriced trash. Staff extra slow and don’t give a care about the customers. Clothing ruined and I threw the food in the trash it was gross. Don’t waste your money here!!!! Only thing good was the music playing. These were supposed to be mild lemon pepper not grease flavored

Okay the first horrible experience with them,is they don’t spell the name. I gave the name Lupe. But its misspelled LUPD. MY suggestion spell the name to the guest. And Also once I got out of the restaurant they’re talking shit behind my back. I should say something but this review is much better than fighting with the rude employees this is the 1st and last I came for wings. Horrible job.

When you call in an order they don’t even make it, you have to wait over 30 minutes just for them to get your food and I waited an hour for undone fries and overcooked wings. Management is rude and seems like they don’t want to even be there , and it’s highschoolers working there playing and joking the entire time you wait for your food. Drink machines are either down or flat and when you ask for a remake they ask you to bring back the sorry food that belongs in a trash and act like you did something wrong. This place just opened up and it’s already horrible. I love wingstops food but this location I would not recommend only if you want to wait an hour just for them to mess the food up anyway. I make food reviews for companies while I travel on the road and I would’nt even recommend if it was the last place to eat on earth.

Placed my order waiting for 15 minutes to drive down there got there and still waited for 20 minutes I seen them place my order on the rack and went inside and a lady that had been there before me was still waiting on her order I went back to my car and checked that I had received everything and of course like always I was missing my big ranch sauce and honey mustard that I payed for !!! We went for a late night dinner at 9:30 ordered online and it was ready before we go there 10 mins later. The staff was super friendly especially the lady with long braids at the front counter. We sat down to eat and she checked in on us multiple times to make sure we were good! The restaurant was also very clean.
