I went at night when DT was the manager on duty. This was my family’s first time eating at a wing stop and it definitely will not be the last. We live in Carrollton but will not hesitate to make the drive to such a great place. The dining area was clean. The flavors are delicious. EVERYONE was super nice. It’s been a while that we have encountered such great customer service. I’m very happy with my experience there. Highly recommend.

We placed our order at 7:40. At 8:15 they told us someone else grabbed our order and they were remaking it. It’s impossible to hear anyone call out names because the kitchen is blaring music and the tv’s are on really loud with football games. They remade it with the wrong flavors of wings, no seasoning on the one that’s right, and missing two orders of corn. The folks behind the counter are being rude like I’m inconveniencing them for asking for the food that’s on my receipt. Finally get the corn at 8:40 and it has so much seasoning you can’t eat it. I blew on it and it was a puff of seasoning. Kid through the window was watching me with a smirk. We pass a WingStop under a different franchise to get to this one and I will no longer be doing that – I can give Hiram my money if I want this, they’re closer anyway.

We stopped by today and I wanted to commend your staff. While we were there, they had three of the rudest people ever in the store. Your staff handled the situation extremely well. I was so impressed with how apologetic they were to the patrons in the restaurant and I really just wanted to hug them all because they NEVER should have had to deal with such people. There was one sweet lady that was not feeling well that took the brunt of their anger and I felt so bad. Please let them know just how great they are! Next time we are in town, we will be back!!!

We ordered the 20 boneless meal deal with fries and got 4 flavors with 2 ranch. I also added on a side of carrots and celery. We got the Sweet BBQ Blaze, Spicy Korean Q, Lemon Pepper, and Original Hot. All the sauces were good but the ranch stole the show. We ordered take out and it was ready when I arrived.

This place is the worst!Ordered mild wings and got hot. Had to come all the way back to the store. On way home my daughter opened the box and the new wings were hot as well. How many times are they going to get it wrong! This is my 2nd and last time here. The first time the wings were dry and tasteless but it had been a while and decided to go back. Wings were not good 2nd time either and they are not cheap.

There were several workers inside which could be a good thing maybe. The place seemed clean.

Tonight ordered a 10pc Louisiana rub meal and received lemon pepper. This is not the first time I have had problems with this particular restaurant. In the past they have forgotten my side items on multiple occasions whether I’ve ordered in store, through the website, or DoorDash. 7/10 times there is something wrong with my order that is a simple reading error. I enjoy the food but the service at this location needs improvement

They shorted me one wing on a 10-piece order. So either an integrity issue (most likely), or a lack of attention to detail issue. If you order takeout I suggest you open your items and count. Unfortunate all the problems caused in this world by dishonesty. Also the garlic Parmesan wings tasted like salt. They should rename that flavor to Salt Wings. Judging from other reviews this place must be horribly mismanaged.

I placed an order and the get around was 30 minutes. When I got there, my order was not done on a timely manner. I was in there for an entire hour after the time my food was supposed to be done. Once I asked the lady up front how long until my food was ready, she told me 8 minutes and the reason why there was so much delay was because all of the workers in the back were too busy trying to watch whatever game was on through their window. This place is terrible with their service and reliability in regard to timely manner. I do not recommend anyone going to this location.

Delicious! Seasoned very well and the best wing option if you want to grab something in town. I order online because you can pick it up at quicker. Never order inside! They get a lot of orders and online is the best bec u know when to pick up. The corn is soooo good, wings traditional and boneless are cooked very well
