I gave this place one more try about a week ago. I say one more because the time before I was there I sat there for about 35 minutes or so. Once I got my food it was cold because they completely forgot about me. They weren’t even busy.

This location is absolutely terrible! Went yesterday, food was not even edible! Fries were soggy looked like they weren’t done, but it was that they were filled with grease. Wasn’t able to eat any of it! Have been calling the store, they never answer the phone! How could they give a customer food that looks like that! It was clear the fries had been redipped in the grease I’ve never seen anything like it! The customer service is worse than the food! Shut this location down or find all new staff it’s awful!! 0 STARS!!

My husband and I visited this location 2 months back, and had a HORRIBLE experience. Trying again today made it no better. This place should really shut completely down and never reopen. We ordered wings, fries and corn, and we didn’t enjoy ANY of it…. We didn’t even get to have any fries because they were black, (not normal) so we didn’t trust it.10/10 DO NOT recommend.

First and foremost, I normally read reviews before I go into an establishment. Upon walking in, I noticed the door was (simply put) dirty. I walked in while waiting to be seen after the cashier couldn’t seem to take care of a previous customer for whatever reason. I waited 20 minutes to place a crew dinner order, which consisted of 30 wings bone in and fries. An hour later, patiently waiting, I received my food. Never in my life have I ever seen a “TIP CUP” that read “THE STRUGGLE IS REAL”???? Why??? Let me also mention the carelessness of the cashier that I wish not to disclose, but had to tell her to correct her actions and I am just a customer. The staff needs to be retrained and the place needs a thorough cleaning. I won’t be back even though the wings were fresh and actually tasted good. My fries were cold but the carrots and celery was also fresh.

Got take out (via doordash) chicken sandwich combo and 10 pc wing combo, both of them didn’t have their sides and since their phone number isn’t working we decided not to make the drive back, the chicken sandwich had a literal pool of BBQ sauce in the middle of it that I coulda put my straw to and drank there was so much, my bun was hardish so fairly stale. I don’t care if staff is rude or if establishment is dirty, I do care if they’re careless and if they forget to give portions of a meal I pay for and drown the chicken with sauce then it’s clearly careless the bun I could look past but again when almost my entire order is screwed up might as well mention it. Should’ve checked if everything was their but they seal the bag with a sticker and didn’t want it to get cold didn’t know this places reputation beforehand
