This Wingstop is less than a 1/2 Mile from my house. I have avoided it since moving to the area. The biggest reason is because of the lack of Customer Service an unwelcoming atmosphere. Even the manager is snappy at the mouth with no customer service or problem solving skills. If the food is not fresh they refuse to recook it! Please bring in a manager for the people

This is the best Wingstop I’ve ever been to, all thanks to Tori! She’s always friendly, even when we come in late at night and the store is short staffed. You can tell she doesn’t waste any time, she takes orders quickly and helps prepare the food. She always checks in with us and lets us know when our order is almost ready.
There was one time when the card machine was temporarily down, and she patiently walked us through how to place our order online step by step. Every time we come here, we have a great experience because of her.

I’ve never been to this, or any, Wingstop before. I was lured in by the Monday boneless special. I ordered online but for some reason the confirmation told me my pickup time would be an hour later.
I walked in anyway and explained my issue and the young man at the counter could not have been more helpful. They were not busy and made my order right away.
I could see right into the kitchen and could tell it was immaculate.
Not only did he make my order right away but he actually walked it out to my car.

Today was the best day ever for me at this Wingstop. I arrived to the location rather upset and the Store Manager greeted me upon arrival. His name was “Key’, like the car key he says. I started with Welcome to Wingstop, but then stopped, he saw the disappointment in my face and asked if I was okay, I gave him a brief explanation of a horrible day I had and he and the young lady took it up on themselves to make my visit pleasant and nice. The offered me their favorite wings and invited me to dine in. Gave me comfort and had great overall customer experience. Thank you Wingstop!

Paid $60 and barely got any parm on my wings and only had the butter sauce. Didn’t give us the BBQ traditional wings, went back and got handed the buffalo boneless wings. Barely parm seasoning on my fries. Corn was supposed to have only parm and no Cajun. Can’t eat the Cajun corn unless I rinse it off. Not the first time I have had issues with this location. Won’t be going back to this one. Sucks because it’s only 8 minutes away.

place an order on Uber Eats for pick up and upon arriving I walked straight to the restroom as I knew my food wasn’t ready yet before I could get there. I was stopped by the manager who asked did I have an order? I said yes and proceeded to walk he stopped me again and said I just have to make sure you’re not a random. Which of course, run me the wrong way, and I expressed that he then goes on a rant with a very nasty attitude. I assumed he was just having a bad day but upon reading these other reviews, that’s just how he is now prior to this we have gone to this Wingstop numerous of times over the years I like to place an order here at least once a week, but I have not been back since he canceled my order and I decided to go to the wing place across the street, which happens to be very good and the service is great there as well. The black man that is a manager here is horrible!very nasty attitude!
