We ordered 50 wings extra crispy, for the Super Bowl. We get home with them and only have 40 wings. They are not cooked all the way and definitely not crispy. We had to put them in the oven to finish cooking. When we called back up there they said sorry we are busy and it happens. We spent almost 100.00 on under cooked chicken and didn’t get the whole order. They do not care, horrible customer service. We will never go back again.

I saw all the bad reviews and felt obligated to come here and say I have only gotten good food from here. The service has been a little hit and miss and the kitchen acts like there are no customers around but besides that I have never had bad food. The wings are always on point and the ranch and fries are addictive. If you are giving a 1 star delivery because of your dasher just pick it up yourself. That isn’t the restaurant’s fault.

Ok where to start… I’ll make it simple!!!
First time there I ordered everything was great kind cashier and everything. But the problem they took so long to give me my order!!!!
Usually yeah you make a big order it will take a bit but they focused so much on DoorDash and online orders that they forgot the people who were waiting for there’s dining in and ordered to go. I was the 2nd customer waiting 3 more show up and they got there’s before the first customer… and they were mad!! Me too but I place a big order so I was fine no biggie but then 20 mins of wait turned into 50 mins…… while they were talking and conversating about something they had people coming in and waiting for a long time!! Finally after almost an hour!!!! Please explain 20min wait turned into 50mins!!!!!! So I get the order I leave I drive 25-30mins home set up the food and I see I’m missing 10 wings out of 40 …… at this point I’m heated!!!! But oh well I let it go.
Next time I went I dined in we ordered again cashier great we order everything fine mind you my first experience a month ago……
So I am there my friend and I talking and laughing we realized more people coming in. online orders and dine in, 1 couple had ordered before us and two online order pick ups show up everything flowing smoothly. Then a few more dine ins by this time it’s only been 5mins people were already there waiting tho…. And I hear a lady she getting mad about the wait time. Then I hear someone else said order said was ready… after that it’s been 20 mins and no one has their food…. People started leaving!!!! And finally food started coming out and only online orders and pickup the dine ins absolutely nothing. At this point everyone is mad and me and my friend have been sitting there waiting for 25 mins total.
After a bit my friend says they have been taking way too long and I ask really he said it’s been 35 mins since we ordered……… 35MINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Honestly never going back I would rather drive to the one in scenic hwy make that 35min drive to eat at Wingstop …. Terrible

OMG! I had to turn around and walk out! The girl that was at the register was also cooking BAD ATTITUDE for no good reason! All before I could even order! I just couldn’t spend my money here! Please hire better help!!!!

I ordered online from the website, 1st waited an hour for my food to be delivered (I live 15 minutes away), then I get my order which was a 10 pc (half Korean bbq, and mango habanero) and voodo fries only to open it and there’s 9 wings. The food wasn’t bad but what happened to my 10th wing
