Extremely disappointed in our most recent app order. 2/28/25 I ordered a 20 piece, 4 flavor meal that included an order of large fries in addition to a second order of large fries. This was our family dinner for the night and included boneless wings in (5)Hawaiian, (10)Mild and (5)Hot Honey Rub. When our food arrived the fries were both in open trays as if we were dining in. The Hot Honey Rub wings were piled on top of the Mild wings making them inedible for my son and I. It was a really fantastic way to waste $40.00.

im gonna be really honest, this wingstop sucks. they suck at managment and communication with customers. i was ordering wings and a fry, and the girl i was ordering from literally was so impatient she put my order in for me..me and my sister wait 12 mins and some tall latino guy yells at me to come get my food and then gives me a stank look. i take the food and i was just in awe. the fries were BROWN from the oil that probably has not been changed for a day. the wings were literally SMALLER than the fries. u could eat them in one bite. i dont wanna be that person, but i waisted 16$ on a horrible meal with horrible customer service. and when yall learn to answer the phone ill chew your tails about it to.

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. I placed an order over the phone, got to the restaurant and picked up my food. Got to the house and noticed BLOOD was in my order. I immediately drove back to wingstop to show them and one of the employees tried to convince me that what I was seeing was just sauce from the wings. (Good thing I took pictures, and captured the blood on a piece of napkin) I then stated that what is on the napkin is not sauce from the wings it is actual blood, due to the fact that what is on the napkin is DARKER than the sauce. He then stated “ohhh yeah, you are right”.. sir, I know I am right, I 100% knows what blood looks like. Then I proceeded to get my refund! Please, if you order from this place please check your order!! Dealing with blood, especially IN FOOD, is a very serious matter.

The fries should be placed in a container, one to maybe keep them warm and two not not in the bottom of the bag!
The woman working was incredibly rude. I couldn’t hear her, so i stepped a little closer and apparently breached an imagery employee only line, so i was yelled at to stand back behind said imagery line, only to have her walk all the way to the other end of the counter to place my bag vs just handing it to me?! So, petty!!

Dreadful boiled in oil chicken slabs slathered with the flavor of your choice with 3 pickle chips on a bun. Same boiled in oil (rather than than fried) limp fries squirted with the flavor of your choice. They charge 3.99 each for bottles of water and make you wait a half hour to get your food. Bring your own napkins they only have wet wipes. All served with an attitude as if you’re annoying them by being there.
