When I arrived at the store there were at least 7 people inside the lobby. I stood in the line a few mins and asked if any of them had been helped. They all said no. The person that was seemingly helping with the orders was occupied doing other things. No one greeted me or any other customers when I entered or at any point I was in the restaurant. After observing the individuals it was clearly they were not professional or properly trained. I saw them use the floor for bags that they were placing orders in due to running out of space. One person would call out someone’s name an order. For a person that was clearly not there but never ask if someone was there to pick up the other 7 or 8 orders ready. You could never get their attention and me and another customer had to literally call out to them after they clearly was ignoring Us to even get their attention after which they were confused on how to do their job. We had to instruct them on calling out the orders they already had(we could cleary see what order were ready due the screen. At this point I arrive on time to pick up my order that was now cold. Horrible experience! Most of the reviews are either 5s(probably the loyal foodies that just love wingstop) or 1 stars(the average experience) I would hope they would learn consistency and actually get proper training.

I had such a great experience at this Wingstop location! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My order came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I asked for it. The wings were perfectly crispy, the fries were seasoned just right, and everything tasted amazing.
What really stood out, though, was how clean and well-kept the place was — you can tell the team takes pride in their work. Even when they got busy, everyone stayed patient and professional. Definitely one of the best Wingstops I’ve been to, and I’ll 100% be coming back soon!

I order dinner from there. I took advice and ordered ahead so we didn’t end up waiting long. They do seem understaffed however everyone had their best faces on and my cashier was very kind and polite to me. The store itself seemed very clean and taken care of. The food was so good! Best garlic parm wings I’ve had in a hot min. My husband got the chicken sandwich and said it was on point too. So I had an absolutely great experience and would recommend to friends for sure.

Although I had a pretty bad experience with this location a while back, they fixed themselves up really well in only a few weeks, which I’m glad about. I can tell that they’ve improved in service by far.
I come here occasionally when I’m on break as I work literally walking distance down the parking lot— my orders are always pretty simple (fries, usually), and they get it out quick and hot (no longer than 3-5 minutes, if that at times). The food is pretty good, I haven’t tried much else at this location outside of the fries, but the service has improved greatly and the handful of people I’ve talked to recently are incredibly polite, conversational, and pleasant to interact with.
I actually spoke with someone who I believe was in charge earlier (maybe a team leader or one of the managers?) and it turns out he fixed up a LOT of the prior issues, and apparently pretty damn well because I’ve yet to have any more issues with this location. I’m happy to see that this place has turned itself around, and is improving quickly.
The front is clean and well kept, and the back from what I can see is also very clean and sanitary looking— whatever they’re doing now, they’re doing it right.

Whenever we order from here, the food is great. The chicken is cooked just right and the veggie sticks are fresh. The ranch is good. The Dr Pepper is good. We usually get extra wings… This place used to be worse, but they turned it around in the past couple of months or so. We always get it delivered by Uber Eats, in case that matters.

I have never paid to eat cardboard chicken wings but that’s what I got tonight. 8 piece flats …. all over cooked and maybe even day old. Staff seemed unsure of what they were doing and definitely not concerned with customer care or service.

Ssoooooo happy we finally got one in Simpsonville! Walked in today and was greeted by some very nice and attentive. The wait time listed on the app is pretty close to the actual wait time which is pleasant to know. As always, wingstop has a bit of a wait; ALWAYS order ahead!
The wings tasted great, the voodoo fries were amazing . They’ve only been open for two days, but they sure do have things running well. Will be back!!!
Edit: Went back, not a great experience. Wait time was almost double and the manager was rudely telling us our orders were not ready. No apologies to anyone waiting. A far cry from what it was like the first time.
