I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I had with this restaurant. My order was completely messed up, and when I contacted the restaurant about the mistake, I was told that a remake of my order would be honored because the error was on their end. Based on that assurance, I expected the issue to be resolved without any further problems.
However, when I later tried to have the remake honored, I was suddenly told that it could not be done because the manager who originally promised it was no longer there. That explanation is unacceptable. A business should stand by the commitments made to its customers regardless of which employee is currently working. Customers should not be penalized because of internal staffing changes.
What makes this situation worse is that the mistake was not mine to begin with. Instead of taking accountability and honoring what was promised, the restaurant chose to backtrack and leave the customer dealing with the inconvenience. This reflects very poorly on the restaurant’s customer service and professionalism.
I expected better communication, accountability, and basic customer care. Unfortunately, this experience has left me frustrated and feeling like the restaurant does not value its customers or the promises made to them.

I ordered 10 piece wings 5 garlic parmesan and 5 lemon pepper combo. The food was fresh and hot. The host DaNiyah was friendly, knowledgeable, professional with a smile, and on point. The atmosphere was electric and clean.

This is my 3rd visit here, tried the lemon pepper wings. I’m someone who doesn’t like things over sauced or seasoned. So I personally wouldn’t try them again. But for those whom may like deeply seasoned wings would be perfect for you. Easier on the seasoning i think i would like them.

i order wingstop often but only ordered from this location twice & never again. first time they messed up my order and were unprofessional on the phone saying “i don’t know how to help you” then transferred me to a manager. I ordered again just yesterday and they again messed up my order, wrong wings, no ranch on voodoo fries and the wings had yellow juices spilling out the box. i couldn’t even finish the meal it was so nasty. now its the day after and i have food poisoning, im not even surprised with the taste of the food and the way it looked!

This location just opened and is in a good location. We were excited to go here since the other location is over 20 minutes away. Online ordering was easy and user friendly. We got the 10 wings combo and the food was not hot. The fries were warm and so was the chicken. Might give it one more try to see if the food will be hot.

I typically don’t have issues with the food. Ordered here before and everything was good taste wise. I don’t particularly like when they serve them big ole wings but doesn’t happen often cause they at least fry the wings up better than most places. Nothing I hate more than the chicken tasting too chicken-y and you know what I mean if you eat lotsa wings.
Lady at the front is personable and friendly.
Anyways I’m here waiting on my lunch to go so if that ends up bad I’ll update but I had to use the restroom. Lawd the second I walked in it almost took me out and no I don’t mean someone went number 2 and stunk it up I mean it smells like funk, feer, death, old people, soiled clothing, among many other horrid smelling things. I legit almost threw up. That needs to be addressed major. Almost makes me wanna get a refund cause if the bathroom smells that bad whats going on in the kitchen. Just hope they’re staying sanitary cause that bathroom is far from.

I paid 73 dollars for an order for my grandchildren today. I ordered 40 wings and 2 large fries. I got both fries with very little fries in them. They weren’t enough for 2 of 4 grands. I called them to ask why did they not give me the amount of fries that I ordered. They told me that i had to come get it. I’m very disappointed, after i spent that much money, I should have gotten what i ordered instead of half. Those fries are not cheap. I will not order from the new location on Earth Rd. Ever again!

Ordered on line. When I got there my food was ready and hot. I didn’t like the flavor or the texture of the wings. I ordered six piece wings, fries and seasoned corn on the cob which was marvelous.
