Honestly I love wings and Wingstop (in most locations) so much and because it’s the closest place to fort Jackson I give it too many chances. I never get good fries bc they’re always saturated in oil that you can’t even eat them. It takes way too long for the order to be completed. Tonight it was both the wings and the fries that were saturated and soggy with little to no sauce but an extreme amount of oil from the fryer. This location after 3 years of coming here has not improved.

This location messes something up every time without failure whether it’s missing items, less wings than you ordered, or giving your order to somebody else. Staff offers no solutions for their mistakes until you recommend one for them. Will definitely be going to a different location from now on.

Everyone’s patience is tested while waiting for their order at Wingstop because of the precious time it takes to make their wings cook to taste. This Wing Stop made this wait a little less painful today.
While a family was waiting for their order, one precious little girl was walking in circles on an imaginary phone call, with her mother’s cell phone to her ear. After letting me know my wings only had 3 minutes left to cook, Nikki, one of the Wing Stop team members, grabbed her own cell phone and began to pretend call this sweet little girl. They had a wonderful conversation about wings, the little girl’s brother (who was also on a very important imaginary phone call), and the weather. I was grinning from ear to ear listening to this conversation.
By the time this small talk was over, my order was complete. This wholesome exchange made the anticipation of receiving my wings and the wait it took to get them so much more enjoyable. Thank you, Nikki, for ensuring I was informed about my food and entertained throughout my wait. Also, as usual, the wings were sublime! Five stars as always!

The service was nice. Sweet lady at the counter, BUT we received our food a little too early. I bit into my chicken sandwich, and it was a clear and chewy type of raw. If you do order there, make sure it’s cooked.

Had a taste for some wings tonight, so I decided on this location. I orderd online, I had the hot honey rub boneless wings, which were delicious! 10 Lemon pepper wings, and 10 original hot wings. The wings were good, but in my opinion the original hot were the best out of the two.
The service was good, but I would advise ordering online rather then placing an order in person especially on a Friday night.

We always eat here and very seldom to any issues (even if we do, they’re great about fixing it) but whoever’s cooking tonight?? The wings are phenomenal. The fries? Best we’ve had in a long time. And the new haunted habanero??? Ummm please don’t make these limited time. They’re my new favorite. Big shoutout to this crew

super long wait time when there really didn’t need to be. this seems to be a common thing with any wingstop i go to, but it was a lot more apparent at this location. the 4 tenders and corn that i ordered took almost 35 minutes to get out to me when the estimate was 16. i’m disappointed about it! the food itself was good, my only nitpick was the corn being under-seasoned.

SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! placed a order for 60 wings at 4 came to pick it up at 7 it’s 7:12 and it’s not even started. Wingstop it never takes that long to make wings. why is my food never done on time even after 3 hours. the business could be slow and your food still wouldn’t be done. yall are slack and this location needs to be shut down. floor always dirty food is always cold despite waiting a hour and a half and the workers never know anything. i asked how long the food would be and she said “i don’t know” WHAT DO YOU MEAN! why did yall get a updated order system if yall still gone be slack. don’t eat here. food always greasy or cold, the customer service is sometimey cause clearly night shift don’t care. and the atmosphere is not welcoming the don’t even greet you.

Food was ok but they definitely need to change the oil in their fryer. My strips and boneless wings were extremely too dark and didn’t taste fresh at all. I could tell they were refried and cooked in old grease. I don’t know if Wingstop changes their fries or if it’s just this location but my fries were extremely large and bulky. I threw them away before I had a chance to take a picture of them. I’m not sure I will be back to location
