I have nothing good to say about this place, the service was slow and the workers in the back was too busy playing. they was not courteous to the customers they wasn’t that busy, took me almost 45 minutes to get 10 wings that was sitting on the counter for about 20 minutes while watching the workers play in the background it might have been a great place when they first open up but now it’s just another restaurant under the management of young kids

Manager nasty my order was wrong I was all the way home had to go back. I asked him was he the manager he said yes I told him it doesn’t make no sense for them not to make orders correctly No it wasn’t busy. I asked him he going to give me a discount he said no your order already paid for. Can I get a gift card or something. Well what you want me to do stop your workers for all that talking and my order would’ve been correct. This why these businesses doesn’t last when people like him don’t care if paying customers food incorrect. And the apology he could’ve kept. The absolute worse I wouldn’t even call this place a restaurant. Made a order on line. Was told it would be 30 mins. I go in after 30 no one at the counter to help me. Finally a girl comes out and I tell here I had a on line order and told her my name. She never came back and told me a thing. I set in there for another 30 I Finally am able to fight through the crowd of people because its elbow to elbow in there. And needs to say my order had been setting there the hole time. Now it ice cold. Never ever will I step back into that place. Just like every other eating establishment in orangeburg. The service is worse than terrible and the food disgusting. And I hope i get a reply from management

I just went to the Wingstop here in Orangeburg. After being asked 4 times by two different employees and answering, “yes”….both of them walked off. The first employee asked, didn’t take my order, left me and help a lady that walked in with an online order. Im perplexed! Smh. This is why businesses don’t last long, the customer service is trash! I walked out and went to “Jersey Mike” where the customer service is top notch!

Made an order for $57 and the wings were undercooked! Tried returning the wings and I was told that I needed to bring everything back! Instead of refunding me for the wings I brought back they are telling me to bring everything back even when I’m telling them that the other food is alright just not the wings! Do better!!! I visited this location on the 09/11/2025. I ordered my food through the app. I still had to wait almost an hour for my food. I had the 10 PC wing combo. I Had half garlic parmesan half hot honey. The fries were cold and soggy. The wing were cold as well. The hot honey tasted ok.( that was my first time trying that flavor) the garlic parmesan had little to no flavor. I’m not sure what type of parmesan cheese they used but it didn’t taste nothing like parmesan cheese. The best thing in my order was the ranch. I would think since the wait was so long the food would have been hot. The customer service wasn’t all that great.
