BEST WINGS IN TOWN! The customer service and management is superb as well. Hands down the most flavorful and freshest wings I have had in a while. The Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan are to die for. And the street corn bites were amazing. Top notch wings and definitely my wing “stop” from here on out.

The food was good and my cashier was great but the lady who gave me my bag/order was beyond unwelcoming and had the biggest “get out” look on her face everytime I come in. I don’t know her name but seeing as this is not a good look for our restaurants as a whole in this area, I would suggest that you specifically need some better training on your customer service and attitude. Felt like you just hate working and didn’t want to deal with anyone especially customers.
P.S. I’m not homeless and talking rudely about customers isn’t okay.. I work next door and companies like yours need better employees that care about others. It was 10:15 when I came in an ordered all I wanted to do was sit down for a minute and eat but u kicked me out and let the next customers stay? Wow just poor integrity all around.

Wings..wings..and more wings! We bought 50 of them along with cheesy fries with carrots & celery and ranch dressing. Definitely not worth the $70 we paid but it was an experience.
Very good and tasty but a bit pricy! Cheese fries were NOT our favorite due to the fries having no seasoning but the wings were really good.

I had completely stopped going to restaurants and fast food places in Morganton because the food was just never good ‍♀️ … BUT THEN ✨ I was told about WINGSTOP and decided to give it a try…

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
The manager was SUPER nice, had the BEST personality, and made the experience even better

AND THE FOOD?!?!
Hands down the BEST food I’ve had in a VERY long time!!!

Don’t expect to ever get a refund from this lousy place. They evidently run on stone-age technology where you can order online but can’t cancel the order and get a refund online. The manager will take your information and claim they’ll manually refund you over the phone, but that obviously won’t actually happen because there’s nothing documented in writing to prove you cancelled the order. Great food and very good customer service from everyone. Mark Tate is an amazing Manager. Treating his employees with respect and dignity. He has alot of integrity. Very thoughtful and listens to customers/ employees when a problem occurs. An exceptionally good person all the way around. A manager like him was needed in this town. Just wish others would follow suit.

It took 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich. The grease just poured out of the sandwich. The bread was so hard I couldn’t even bite into it. I’ve never complained about service or food before but I am highly disappointed. The picture is grease that came out of it. The staff was also not very nice.
