So the I ordered the 10pc combo and got cheese fries…. Now I understand I ordered them at night but this is the second time that they are dark. Like they tasted burnt but they were soft and the cheese was like in one area.. I want the cheese covering all the fries. Other than the fries, the wings were banging. But those fries, never ordering again.

Placed an online order at 7:04 for 20 wings and a large order of fries and was given a ready time of 16 to 21 minutes. My husband arrived at 7:21 and they told him 10 more minutes. He didn’t get our order until 7:58. Absolutely ridiculous. I don’t even know what they taste like yet, but I already know it’s not worth that long of a wait.

I am writing My review today after trying to patiently wait on “Managment” to rectify the situation. It’s been crickets ever since and they are very rude. The terrible mannered manager “Amanda” refused to assist because her attitude stinks and she needs training and development asap!!!! My order was $75 and I was missing food, but because she was out on vacation she didn’t feel the need to fix their issues. I waited 44 min past my pickup time and guess what? I had hair in my food and was missing 20 wings. DO NOT eat here if you don’t like sloppy service, Hair in your food, missing items and terrible Managment who does nothing to fix their faults. I was given the option to “replace my food” that was missing, but who wants to eat there again? Calling my bank today with the recorded conversation showing the proof for reimbursement. They deserve 0 stars and their food sucks as bad as their service.

Wingstop never provides the best service but this right here was horrendous. Waited at the pick up window for over 15 mins for the guy to tell me he forgot about us and the name on the order…..checked the order and it still wasn’t ready…. Something that should have been 5 min took me 20+ min… Is that a joke?

This was a really good visit here, we have been to a couple others in Charlotte and they were very lackluster of quality. This location was really good food wise, we ordered the new Chicken Sandwich with the Mild Buffalo sauce (there are a bunch of other sauces to choose from), 10 boneless wings with Carolina BBQ sauce and Mild Buffalo. Key note: you can get 5 free boneless wings with a boneless wing purchase on the APP/website ONLY. This was confusing to do, and took 10 minutes trying to figure out. Price is good, service was mild, and atmosphere I guess was empty (no customers eat inside everyone does carryout lol). I recommend eating here, I hope you have the same food quality and taste experience as we did!
