I gave up on Wingstop over a year ago and decided to give them another chance. Instead of going to my usual Charlotte location, I came here and the food has been 10/10 so far. I haven’t had any issues with food quality and I pray it stays this way. After trying this location over a week ago, this is my third time here. The food always tastes fresh and I haven’t had to tell them how to fry or season my wings. It’s always made to perfection.

This is my first time ever trying a Wingstop before, so I’ll start with the pros.
Pros:
– Easy to order online.
– Food was ready 5 minutes prior to my chosen pickup time.
– The wings were pretty good. I’d say they are very similar to East Coast Wings.
– The side of carrots and celery is a surprisingly good amount for the extra cost.
Cons:
– I ordered 10 wings, but when I got home and opened it, there were only 8… So I’ll give the benefit of the doubt that it’s a new place but if I get shorted wings again I won’t come back.
– The small parking lot can be difficult to get in and out of during lunch hour, and I believe it’ll also be the case at dinner too.
– Charging extra for sauce like ranch and blue cheese.
The total cost for 10 (8 since they left out two) wings and a side with no sauce and no drink comes out to $15. So it can be a little pricy.

Service was extremely unprofessional. I had to call 3 times in a row with 3 different people claiming to be the manager who also hung up in my face. I ordered bone-in lemon pepper wings and there were barely any lemon pepper seasoning but instead a whole lot of butter. I also ordered them well done but they were not well done. There were also unplucked feathers in my lemon pepper wings as pictured. My carrots and celery were missing aswell. Extremely rude and absurdly unprofessional staff.

New location near my home…figured i would try them out….Ordered 10 wings (2 varieties)…..only had 6 wings in the box when I got home. Tried calling….phone is not setup correctly. The wings were good though. I will give them another chance…mistakes happen.

been here twice now, and the food is excellent! tasty and generous portion sizes, and all for a cheap price.
my second time was last night and I did wait 20 min to get my food and when I asked them about this, it seemed their printer had missed my ticket or something. however, they were incredibly kind and apologetic and even comp’d me 5 free tenders because of this. this was incredibly impressive to me and more than generous, I thought!

This location has a super friendly staff. It might be the best wing stop in the Charlotte area as far as quality and service. I’ve never had an issue and they are always quick. I was super surprised to see all the negative reviews and trust me I leave a few every now and then. But not here.

Denise from the Cornelius store is an absolute star. Not only was she efficient and communicative, her team followed her lead and seemed to operate seamlessly. She helped me get my order out as quickly as possible while maintaining a calm demeanor during a football Sunday rush. I hope Wing Stop rewards accordingly her with merit and incentives for consistently making the experience worth the trip.

I’d never been to a Wingstop before and wanted to see what the big deal was. I got the traditional wings in garlic parmesan and Mexican street heat. The wings have a nice crisp to them but they are SMALL. Both wing flavors were fine but nothing special. My meal partner got the boneless wings and she enjoyed them. I tried one and it was just a glorified chicken nugget. The fries were the star of the show, IMO. They give you a ton of them and you can tell they are fresh cut.
The service was fine and the dining area was completely empty other than us. It seems most people do take out rather than dine in because they were doing a brisk carry out business. The dining room was clean, as was the restroom. They do keep everything tidy!
To me, this place was fine but not some place I would rush back to. I’ve had better wings.
