It’s convenient to our house, so I wish I had better experiences here. Always place online orders that are never ready. Walked in today 5 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready because this is my expectation. Was told it would be 5 more minutes. 20 minutes later I’m still standing here. Finishing this review after we received our order. Made it home and the two blue cheese we ordered didn’t make it in the bag.

I placed my order online at 11:04 am through Uber Eats.. I received an alert saying that my food was ready at 11:22… walked in the store gave them my information. My food wasn’t ready until 11:45 nobody said anything…. I had to ask them
Where my food was..the young lady with the lisp told me it would be 3 more minutes!!! I got my food and it was fried hard and some pieces were burnt.. I will NEVER return to this place again..-10 out of 10!

I was shocked and disappointed by the unacceptable behavior of employees at this location. Not only did they laugh and mock sign language behind my husband’s back, but my teenage son also witnessed this disturbing behavior. It’s essential that employees understand the importance of treating deaf individuals with respect, kindness, and dignity.

Wingstop never ceases to amaze me; I am always pleased with the food and service. The reason the atmosphere is 3*’s is that it is not really an inviting or quiet environment to dine in as they do such a steady takeout business.

I come here about 1once of 2twice ever 2 weeks? I like this wingstop a lot! I like how tiny it is and how the food is sooo good! I normally don’t write reviews but I just love this wingstop so much , also it’s pretty adorable , normally around 20$ for 2 people.

I came in today and was truly disappointed with the experience and the food. First impression was the place is filthy. This location is only several months old and already trashed. I judge a restaurant by how clean their lobby is and it was gross. I almost left but I promised my daughter wings. Fries and wings were clearly fried in dirty oil based on the fact our clothes and hair smelled like it, and the fries tasted bad. Perhaps the most disappointing thing was that the manager (or franchise owner) stopped in and not one mention to employees of how dirty the place was. Doesn’t take much to notice a filthy door, filthy floor and tables. The wait time for food was also ridiculous. Was told 15 mins for 6 wings and fries and it was over 30. Totally unacceptable and wont waste our money there again.
One note is that the young woman that took our order was very nice. She was the other reason I didn’t walk out right then and there.

First let’s start with service. The customer service was really good. I dined in and watched how they treated each customer and nothing short of 5/5 stars. I asked to test two different sauces before I made a decision and the cashier honored my request with no hesitation. I ultimately decided on the new sweet chilli sauce and the crispy tenders combo. The food was hot and fresh and they had the best ranch I ever tasted. The store was clean in fact they were cleaning as they went. Great staff and food from my experience. I will be returning.

If you order ahead and show up 30/45 min later you will still wait 45 min to an hour once you arrive. The employees don’t care to greet you or even make eye contact with you. The food is good when it is made right but that happens rarely. No point in going back, get your wings elsewhere and wait 15/20 min instead of 1.5-2 hours.
