Everything about this visit satisfied me! Destiny that work the front has EXCELLENT customer service experience!!! She talked with customers in a professional friendly manner. Made me feel right at home. My food wings and corn was hot and fresh! The cook did a great job as well! They both kept informing me how long it would take before my wings would be ready. The 15 minute wait was definitely worth every wing that I ate! That team needs a pay raise!!!

We placed an order for the superbowl 24 hours before we wanted to pick up. When I got there, the orders were 1 hour behind. I asked for a refund and they said yes without hesitation or trying to convince me otherwise. This review is to applaud them for a timely refund! We will try again soon!

So, I would not recommend this place at all. They never met their times and after working at a wing restaurant for 8 years it isn’t that difficult. I ordered online and it said 15-20 minutes. After going to the grocery store and picking up some food at another place I showed up 20 minutes after I ordered just to be told it will be another 30 minutes. There are plenty of people there but all but 2 are actually doing anything. Worst ran store of anything I have ever seen. Will never go back.

Tried to order online but it wouldn’t work, so I called and placed an order. The girl had an attitude from the jump. But I let it go over the phone. We got to store, she (same girl as the phone), had a dirty look and rude tone. The order was more than what it was showing online. They convinced me it’s because online is cheaper than in store (which was a first for me since I’ve been eating there). Got all the way home to realize they gave me traditional wings when I CLEARLY ordered boneless. The fries were cold, and she rolled her eyes at me when I told her my drink was supposed to be fruit punch (she gave me root beer, and I don’t drink soda). I called to tell them this, the same girl answered the phone and placed me on hold. I waited 9 mins 27 secs before I hung up. Seems weird to go somewhere and pay for stuff that they can’t bother to get correct or even come to the phone. Or even be friendly!

I really enjoyed the food; the corn on the cob had a great flavor, a nice spiciness. There were Hispanics cooking there, and it felt like eating at home. The service was very good; the young man treated us very kindly, and we didn’t have to wait long.

DO NOT ORDER ON THE APP! You will not get your food! I called the store to tell them the delivery driver is saying the store told them to cancel the order and they refused to give the order to the delivery driver. I called the store and the store tried to say someone picked it up at 1:03pm. I NEVER GOT MY FOOD! there were probably others lined up to get it because the order had been “canceled” somebody definitely took my food and ate it! Whether it was someone at the store or the delivery driver, I don’t know. But just beware!!!!

Best way to put it Wing Stop is not for me. Chicken was dry no sauce, the fries were good. First and last time sorry, I tried and that is best I can do. The service was okay

We ordered a 15 piece wings and 10 corns and only got 14 pieces of wings and 9 of corn! We’ve been ordering at this place since they opened and slowly they’ve been slacking! . I will keep ordering from this place but I just hope they do a better job !

I love Wingstop but this tonight was the worse experience I’ve ever experienced… Restaurants, Food handlers must avoid BARE HAND contact with ready to eat raw vegetables TO PREVENT SPREADING GERMS!!! I really wanted some celery and carrots UNTIL I saw how my veggies were being handled, No gloves , no tongs nor washed hands!!! I mentioned gloves 3 times, the “raw hands guy” saw “ we can only wear gloves handling chicken “…. So you can itch your arm, wipe off a counter, sweep a floor then bare hand touch wet veggies? I am hungry so I left, I said that I will eat my boneless wings and fries, get home throw away the veggies, why is my chicken cold and hard? Guess I donated money to fund wingstop bc I am not eating none of this….
