Believe the reviews. Workers were slow, and bothered every time someone came in, one muttered under his breath “damn man” when someone new walked in. I witnessed three people return to the counter because their orders were wrong. They didn’t call out orders when they were ready, just put them on the rack and waited for people to come up. I ordered the 10 piece boneless and most were pretty small. Very unprofessional, very slow, and disappointing portions.

I was hesitant going here dispite the horrible reviews, but I thought I’d give them a try. I was wrong. The gentleman ignored me as I walked up to counter to place a To-go order. As I was waiting I witnessed him throwing raw chicken in the fryer with NO gloves on. Major safety issue there. Someone could get very sick. I should if left then but I didn’t. He barely spoke to me while taking my order. He had no people skills whatsoever. They were both rude and unfriendly. I also asked if the fries were seasoned, he said yes. After I got into my car I checked my order. Fries were NOT seasoned. He knew he lied to me, but he don’t care. Will never be back. I hope the owner or mgr sees this review. Also go look at your cameras. That will show you everything you need to know. I was there today , Jan 19, 2026.

I went to this location to order wings, and when we got home, we realized an entire order was missing. We decided to go back to the store to have it corrected. When we returned, the store was nearly empty, yet we still had to wait about 35 minutes for our order.
Despite there being very few customers, the staff seemed to be preparing only one order at a time, which made the wait unnecessarily long.
When we finally got home again and opened the food, we were extremely disappointed. There was a large amount of hair in the barbecue wings, making them completely inedible. We had no choice but to throw them away. To make matters worse, my wife had already eaten some of her wings before we noticed the issue, and she immediately became sick and started throwing up.
This was a very upsetting and unacceptable experience.

Appreciate the great attitude and service from the associates during crazy Superbowl day. They keep the food quality good even though they are overloaded with the amount of orders. Not everything perfect but they did their best and not being rude to customers at all. Kudos to the team who work tonight at Superbowl time!!

Was my first time visiting and will be my last. The cashier was slightly rude, impatient, and spoke too quietly or too fast. They were annoyed when I would ask them to repeat themselves. Didn’t feel so welcoming.
The food was okay. I got mild wings and was expecting it to be soft, but was crunchy. I only ate 2 pieces and gave up after that. I don’t advise anyone to eat at this wing stop.

Wingstop has good wings, but everything else was disappointing. The wait time was excessive, even for a simple order. Staff seemed overwhelmed and there was no clear communication about delays. Management really needs to improve how they handle customers, orders, and overall service. I won’t be back anytime soon.

We typically love wing stop, the Garner store is awesome. This is our second disappointing experience at this location. Staff in front and rear of house apear distracted and disinterested in working. This is truely affecting the food quality and consistency. We ordered online and upon picking up the order it wasn’t even started. We were told that they dont start the order until you arrive. As we waited, we watched many people come in and pick up their orders. Both experiences the chicken had very little to no sauce on multiple orders. Very disappointing!

Food is decent, but be prepared to wait about 20 or more minutes longer than when they say it will be ready. We order from home on the app and take our time going there because we know they’re slow and still have to sit and wait 20 minutes. You can watch the staff playing around while you’re waiting. I’ll just go somewhere else. Time is valuable folks!

My son and I are daydreaming about the Parmesan chicken strips. They are absolutely the best strips you can get anywhere. We have ordered from them 3 times over the last couple of months and everything has been perfect, we’ve tried a variety of the items and everything was excellent. Each time we’ve had no trouble getting our food. Everything was as ordered and the staff were great. Can’t wait to order again.

The service was very kind and helpful. But the issue I have is when you don’t order chicken and order just a side of french fries … You would expect them to be warm to hot right? I do understand it’s a new location and I do appreciate the speedy service. But not really warm french fries are not the best.
