Me and my brother came in we got some wings and service was trash the guy that took our order was nice but the lady that was preparing orders was so angry to be there I don’t know why I work in a fast food place as well I understand it can be stressful sometimes but it doesn’t mean I’m gonna be mean to my customers and give them a attitude we was trying to get our drinks there was a man infrot of us getting his drinks and he told the lady “there’s no ice” and she extremely rude responded. This is sad bc I really love wing stop and it’s close by, never would be coming back and feel uncomfortable again.

Ordered online which was pretty easy and it gave me a pickup time of 4:22-4:33. The cashier was very rude. She act like she was upset because I asked if my food was ready after 4:33. Once My food was ready she took the to-go bag and just stuck it with the other ones even though I had just asked her and gave her my name. I saw my name on the bag so I had to go up to the register and ask for my food again. Since she was walking off to go help cook this seemed to have irritated her because she had to come back and get the bag. She could have just handed it to me. She knew I was standing there. The place was dirty. Napkins and trash on the floor.

Placed 2 orders online of 20 piece today, 20 original hot & 20 mango habanero (didn’t bother to check because they have never gotten my previews orders wrong) & when I got home one of my order was wrong the mango habanero flavor wasn’t right they were all dry & didn’t had no sauce at all I tried calling several times but no answer at all keep in mind they don’t close until 11:30pm and I’ve been calling sense 9:46pm to let them know about the situation but again no answers. Im not sure if they don’t answer calls no more but last time before this one I was trying to place an order they didn’t answer ether this was probably 3 weeks ago. I would go and make a complaint about it in person but my drive is 35 minutes to get there and another 35 to get back.

Workers were cutting up laughing obnoxiously while watching videos on their phone eating hot cheetos on the line where they prep customer orders and not washing their hands before touching food i was also racially discriminated against because the customer before me was a black man who asked for an extra ranch and they said yeah sure here you go I then asked for an extra ranch and was told $1.

Great food. However, they didn’t have the size cup that I ordered with my online order and they had to give me two smaller cup just to satisfy me,but the manager of this location need to do better in the ordering process of supplies and not having cups is no excuse.

Ordered to go tonight. Based on our 1st visit right after they opened, we expected the food to be good (again). Disappointed. Ordered wings fried hard – the chicken was pink on the inside when bitten into. Large amounts of grease puddled in the bottom of the tray. Really wanted to support but doesn’t look we will be able to.
Update: tried them again 6/10/2022. I give up. Either this restaurant does not know what fried hard is or they don’t care. These wings were ordered fried hard and are still icky on the inside when you pull them open. I have given them multiple tries, especially thru grubhub and I have to keep getting the order fixed. This is just…maybe wings just ain’t their thing and they should try something else. The owners must have stepped away and not check at all because this has happened repeatedly.
