I ordered a delivery through Wingstop app. DoorDash delivered the wrong order. Called DoorDash and was told I needed to call the customer service member for Wingstop because I didn’t order through the DoorDash app. Called the number I was given and they were closed! So I called the Wingstop store on Alamance Church rd. Staff and manager were very polite and helpful! They got things handled, called DoorDash and had them redeliver my order.

Eric was making fries with his bare hands and putting fries on trays also bagging them no gloves in sight. Also he cleaned his area woth a disinfectant rag and went back to handling food with his bare hands. No he did not was his hands. He try to argue and I asked for a refund. At this point it’s my stupidity expecting change this is my over fifth time ordering from this location and they never give ranch dressing. I have experience non-cooked food from here as well as cold food, but it wasn’t as consistent as never receiving ranch dressing. I have reported it previously online after encountering a rude manager, but at this point, nothing will change so I would rather starve before order from this location again

Tuesday 9/30/25, at 5:00 p.m., my husband walked into the restaurant on Alamance Church Road. There were no other customers inside. He stood at the counter to place an order and a male and female employee came to the cash register. They had a conversation among themselves, neither one of them acknowledged his presence. The male walked back to the kitchen, while the female started slowly counting the money in the register. Neither one of them made eye contact or acknowledged he was even standing there. He walked out and will never go back.
