There should be an option to give no stars at all because they definitely don’t even deserve a 1 rating here. So that’s my real rating… 0.
My family used to eat here all the time. That won’t happen anymore after the other night when they served my husband a raw chicken sandwich that made him sick. He took it back to show them, but they acted like it was no big deal. The dude asked him what the problem was while staring at the raw chicken right in front of him. The manager there at the time didn’t seem to see an issue either. That is after they waited 10 minutes for her to get out of the bathroom. The general manager happened to be there then, and all she offered was a refund, which we never got. I would be very careful eating here. Their staff is very incompetent, lazy, disgusting, and doesn’t care at all.

I ordered hot honey bone in-chicken. I received chicken that had some type of mystery sauce (no taste) on it. Hot honey is a dry rub.

This was my first experience trying this location. We’ve had trouble at other locations. Mainly with them being super busy and taking an extremely long time to make the food. Here, we ordered 30 wings and only got 20. Also, normally the lemon pepper is a dry rub and it was a wet wing. The call to see if I could pick up my missing wings was strange. It’s hard to explain other than it seemed like she didn’t care or want to fix the problem. I was also told you have to specify dry rub which is different from other locations since that is a dry rub flavor. In any case, we will be eating cold wings as my husband has to drive back to pick up the missing wings.

Very disappointed with the customer service! They forgot my chicken strips that I paid for. I called to let them know they forgot my chicken and asked if I could come pick it up. I was told no, but i could possibly get a refund because I placed my order online! I work in customer service and this is not a good look! If you are not going to fix YOUR mistakes, make sure your employees don’t forget people’s food!

Online order is the only way i order these days. I was really weary bout getting wings at this wingstop but it’s only 5mins away from the house. This is the 2nd time here and seen all the negative reviews, but I have to say my food is fresh and was ready when I pulled up. Service wasn’t immediate, but I 2 to 3 mins isn’t something to complain about.

My daughter and I waited 40 minutes today on 8 chicken tenders and fries that we could hardly eat because they were so salty and oily. There were 4 people working there and one of them was a manager who sat in the corner on his phone instead of helping them get their orders out. I should have asked for my money back but I don’t think the employees were able to count because one of them told us they only put 6 tenders in the fryer when we clearly ordered a 3 PC and 5 PC. We won’t be back! Terrible service and salty food!!
