8/30/25- I was avoiding coming here however I wanted to use my T-Mobile Tuesday buy 10 wings get 10 free coupon. I should have just chose another food option because as soon as I saw my wings I immediately regretted my decision. This place is just the worse. I asked for 5 of my wings to be mild and 5 lemon pepper and all 20 to be cooked well done. They all look and feel soggy and the mild wings have no sauce just colored water on them. Not to mention that out of 20 wings I have FOUR DRUMS the rest FLATS!!! there should be an even mixture of both. They do not take their time to prepare food. Instead of staying to have them remake my food and wait another 15-20mins I just took the wings home and put them in the air fryer. The only good part was that the gentleman gave me two ranches no charge but asked me to do a survey. When I walked in, nobody spoke at all and there was nobody at the register. I hate spending money on low quality food but they have high prices! I won’t be back. I’m good on wingstop for the rest of my life. This location needs new management that will have employees that put effort into making good quality food.

I had a pick up order tonight at the Huffman Mill Rd location. First time I’ve ever tried Wingstop. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I had a 20 minute drive back home and the food was still warm when I got there. I had the 5 piece chicken tender combo with seasoned fries. They were both fantastic! And the ranch was some of the best ranch I’ve had. I’d definitely recommend and I’ll definitely be back whenever I visit family from out of state!

I decided to finally try Wingstop and I ordered the Hot Honey Tenders Box and man was it delicious! I obviously went at a good time because EVERYTHING was fresh, and the staff were incredibly nice! It smelled sooo good that I couldn’t even make it home…I pulled over in the nearby parking lot to eat. I devoured that food! Omg those tenders and that ranch dressing definitely had me in a chokehold! Wish service was like this everywhere all the time, but unfortunately it isn’t. Thanks Wingstop for making this a good experience for me! I’ll definitely be returning!

Just ordered a half lemon pepper and mild combo. Worst wings I’ve ever had. Lemon pepper had zero lemon flavor and the mild was no better. The lemon pepper tasted like oil and black pepper, no lemon flavor at all. The mild was bland with no spice. I ended up trashing the entire combo. I’ll go back to Durhams wing stop for now on.

Picked up an order for lunch after my shift next door and they had it done in 10-15 minutes just like estimated, good service and I had a 20 minute drive home and my wings are still warm! They’re well seasoned juicy and so good, would definitely recommend stopping by 🙂

The team here were kind, worked fast to get our order completed, and our food looks delish!
They couldn’t take cash but did offer to accept any form of tap payment, so the alternative was to order online and wait to pick up, if you only brought cash (and have a form of payment saved online to use).

Spent 63 dollars on some SLOP. The workers thought they were being clever ig by placing all flats on top of the box of wings to make it SEEM like the order was correct.. but when you get home and actually lift the divider paper you realize they gave you a pile of soggy drums in some mystery greasy sauce. Absolutely disgusting.. This location needs to clean house and get rid of lazy employees. I reported this to corporate. don’t offer the option to customize your order to “all flats for 10 dollars extra” and then not fulfill..

Would not recommend eating here during the sick season.. No one wears gloves, employees look like they rolled out of bed and came in all sloppy and disheveled. And the employees are eating chicken and fries while preparing orders. Right where the order prep area is. And touching their phones and then touching food. I don’t know why anyone would allow their workers to do things like that.
