Staff was nice, that was really the only highlight. Fries were hot atleast but the seasoning got old after a few fries. The wings….meh to be honest. They charge for them like they are sent from heaven but most of mine were shriveled up and not meaty at all. Too pricey, overfried, and just not that good.

The food is good, but the customer service is eh. I placed an online order and selected all flats, but once I clicked submit, that option was removed. I called to fix it and was told the food had already been made and that I’d need to pay for a whole new order. There was no effort to accommodate the situation, and the response was very short and nonchalant. Mistakes happen, especially with online ordering, but better customer service would’ve made a big difference.

I ordered from here a few days ago. It was slow of course, but I knew that from the other reviews. The wings were good, we only got the BBQ flavor and the fries were good too.
The online order said it would take 45 minutes and that was pretty spot on. I would never order to-go and wait that long, but pick-up wasn’t bad.
I’ll try them again, probably not on any big sports/game night.

This place is awful. We ordered online and our food was guaranteed to be ready by 7 which was a 40 minute wait for 16 wings. It wasn’t ready until 740. Making the total wait 1.5 hours for 16 wings. When we arrived home, none of the wings were well done as ordered, the hot honey rub wings had next to no rub on them but were drenched in oil sitting in the container. The parmesan wings also had next to no seasoning and also covered in oil. Never have I seen wings from any wingstop location look like these. The veggies also came soaking wet from what I’m not sure I didn’t eat any of this food. Those are hot honey wings pictured and oil sitting on the bottom the oil is so much in this container you could pour it into a cup.

I placed a delivery order and half of my order was missing. This is the second experience that I’ve had at this location where some of my food was missing. The order ticket had everything correct, so I know I placed my order correctly. Mistakes happen, but double checking before sending an order out would cut down on some of these errors. Very disappointing.

Worst staff! Staffs exact words “what are y’all here for -what do you need” to me and this elderly man who was standing with me at the counter waiting as we waited and watched her fix orders for about 12 minutes without her saying anything to us. No THANKS I’d rather eat elsewhere

Very disappointed in my first and only stop to Wing Stop. We order dine in and after we placed the order, was told there would be a 30 min wait. Would have liked to have known that before we paid. But we were excited to try it so we rolled with it. The second bad thing was there was no ice in the soda machine so we had to wait to get it filled up. The young lady did so promptly. Our food came out in about 10 min. The wings were overcooked and really didn’t have any flavor. The fries tasted like they were twice cooked or reheated. Then went to go wash our hands and the bath room is locked with a combination lock which we did not have the numbers. So had to stand at counter and wait while staff was helping others to get the combination. After we stopped eating (couldn’t eat the fries) we noticed there wasn’t a trash can in the dinning area, so again we had to wait on the staff who took our trash and threw away for us. The restaurant was dirty as well. When the wife and I left the restaurant, be both said and agreed, never again. I hate to see any restaurant close down, but this is exactly what will happen to this store. Management / owners need to step in and do better. Good luck!

When you think about going to this Wingstop, seriously, just STOP. My daughter and I just had the worst, most frustrating experience possible at this nightmare wing store. She ordered Hawaiian classic wings and I ordered mild and BBQ wings. We ordered in the store on a Friday night, and, after waiting 40 minutes, the order was finally ready. When we got home, (ALWAYS CHECK THE BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE!!!) we realized that my daughter received KOREAN wings, not Hawaiian. She called and asked them to remake the order correctly, and they informed her that it would be ready in 10 minutes. We arrived 15 minutes later. The order was not ready, and they said it would be in 8 minutes. All hope was lost (and our $16 for the wrong order) so I took her to Panera next door which served her a delicious sandwich in 4 minutes. We then walked BACK to the ‘Stop, assuming that the reworked order was SURELY READY BY NOW. When we walked in, it was not ready, and they had no record of our requesting it! They wanted us to wait for them to make it again, but by then we said “No way” and left…..for the last time. You couldn’t pay me $100 to set foot in this place again. Some places have the knack at serving good food fast, and others do not. HOW HARD IS IT? THEY MAKE ONE THING! If you are considering placing an order at this disaster, do not waste your time and money.
Follow up – after sending this review to the Wingstop team, the store manager reached out to me. She was very apologetic and offered to refund our money for the flawed order. She assured me that they are trying to make things right at the store. I appreciated her response very much.

Who ever owns this franchise has a major problem. Your staff is highly incompetent and has no clue except when it comes to goofing around with fellow employees. I don’t know how much you paid and will continue to pay to the franchisor? You are on your way to going under!
