Went in to pick up an online order. Food was fine, other than that they forgot the cheese sauce that I paid extra for. However, this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. The workers here are SO rude. They just have attitude and ask “what you want”, don’t respond when you say thank you and just give you a crazy funky look the second you walk through the door as if it’s appalling that you wanted to get some food and they had to do their jobs. Also, it’s incredibly dirty in there like they don’t clean. Wingstop, I think you need to evaluate your staff harder.

There was a female employees working the counter who was so passive aggressive and rude. Genuinely seemed as if we had greatly accosted her by coming in to grab one order of wings. This Wingstop had fast and friendly service when it first opened but now it’s slow. There always seems to be a wait and there are only a couple of chairs so you will have to stand while waiting for your food. When I came to pick up my order there was only one person in the back while there were 5 people waiting! I wish this Wingstop had better service because I love their food. I would only recommend eating here if you order ahead and are willing to wait around 30 minutes for your food.

Workers horrible with reading orders. My food is always missing. I never get what I pay for, wait time is very long. I waited a hour and the food was cold when it was finally ready so not sure what I was waiting on. Do not recommend this location.

The wait for an order online or in person is waaay too long. They’re under staffed so the food is not really good because it’s rushed out to you.
