We ended up here accidentally as we were trying to actually go to dinner at a restaurant for wings and I didn’t read the map correctly. This turned out to be a really nice night, and we received an order of boneless bites free from the MOD! The food was delicious and it is nice that they do have little tables in case you did want to dine-in. Overall great time

This was what was just a quick stop for a snack. Turned into a nightmare. The shift manager (Aaron) handling the bagging of food never once used gloves while handling fries that are not in container. Observed several times shift manager handling fries with no gloves. The shift manager encouraged a bad atmosphere for other employees speaking rudely about several customers. Shift manager even called customer for order “miss attitude” your order is ready. Several times witness Aaron shift manager being disrespectful to several customers.
One nice employee after waiting from 6:15 to 8:00pm Malik said, “what is name and order” kindly offered to make my order. Until Shift manager Aaron said, “no I will make it” “you’re not the only person that likes chicken.” I have never been to an establishment where a manager displays unacceptable behavior to customers. There many other chicken places in the area to stand for such abuse. I had to call the police, due to this shifts managers reluctantly willing to fill orders and disrespecting several customers. That may not take the time to warn this establishments manager staff. That also has his employees afraid to provide decent service. Honestly after seeing behind the scenes operations all I wanted was a refund.
Aaron with the wrong person was creating a very hostile environment. If the owner cares enough. They will truly look into Aaron behavior. I know it hard to get good help these days. After looking at reviews there seems to be a common denominator Aaron shift manager. The facial expressions Aaron used speaks volumes; of how he cares about your customers. I’m sure your business lost thousands of dollars.

Very disappointed! We ordered our food at 850 and didn’t get our food until 920. After we had already ordered online and was told it would be ready in 10 mins. After getting home and checking out food I am so disappointed. I ordered honey barbecue wings and Hawaiian wings and they barely had anything on them. They also gave me 2 ranch when I ordered a blue cheese and a ranch. It looked like I ordered dry wings. They need to do better for a 30$ Wing and fry meal I expect to have a 30$ experience. This was low level service and they need to represent the company better. Luckily I had my own blue cheese at home and my own sweet baby rays. Otherwise my night would have been ruined. Not going back!

Literally it was, unfortunately, my worst fast food meal I ever ate. Fries looked miserable and supposed they are seasoned but it was only crunchy salt . Wings tasted really bad and even one of the pieces was literally just fried breading and was counted as chicken wings piece! I attached the picture So sad all this food is going to trash and I lost my money .

Very disappointing experience. The restroom was closed, which is unacceptable for a restaurant open to the public. On top of that, the workers were rude and unhelpful. The wait time for the food was extremely long, even though it wasn’t busy. To make things worse, they often forget items in the order make sure to open the bag and check everything before leaving, because something is almost always missing. Definitely not worth the time or money.

Dining room is clean. Service took a while to take our order. When another customer complained her fries that had just come out we’re cold, the employee just nodded to her, no explaination or apology. I can only assume the nod means they would take care of it.
Our lemon pepper wings were dry on the inside. Outside was crispy, which is good. But most disappointing is we only got drummettes. No flat prices. 8 pieces for 10.49$ would have been ok if we got a mix of drums and flats.
Also, they charge a full soda price just for a cup of ice water.

The manager and cashier that day and time was super wonderful. Will definitely be back. Our second time and the food did not disappoint at all.

Got home to realize I got my order wrong, I Always order the same flavor (Hawaiian) and is never spicy but today it was so spicy I am sure it wasn’t Hawaiian but the guy that took my order screamed at me that it was Hawaiian and didn’t offer to replace the order because the order was rigth. Then I told him to just issue a refund because that wasn’t what I ordered, he said they would call me when the refund is ready? What kind of business does that? Really mean guy. I am never coming back and he said he was glad I was never coming back. I work in the food industry too and I know this is no way to treat costumers I was being respectful to him

The Problem is. I ordered the Saint Lewis Rub and Sometimes while A Great Seasoning if over Seasoned it can over powering to the T Buds
Then the Loaded St. Lou Fries Had the Right about of Seasoning & Extra Cheese which was Wonderful.
