It’s my first time here and the staff where very friendly which is one of the important thing that I like whenever I go to a restaurant. always check your order before leaving!! i’ve never had an issue with food quality or quality of the staff at this location, those factors are always pretty good. however, when we order delivery we almost never get the correct thing, and even when picking up we have to ensure everything is correct and meant for us.

We recently had an ice storm here that prevented folks from getting out. After a little melt, I thought for sure I’d be able to drive down a few blocks to pick up an online order. Boy was I wrong. I called in to say I was unable to get out of my parking spot and to just give my order to another guest. I didn’t request a refund, however, the person I spoke to said they were busy at that moment and that they’d give me a call back in an hour. Did I expect a call back — not really. Sure enough, I got a call back within the hour! They said they’d give me a refund and take care of my meal next time I came in. Way beyond my ask and quite thoughtful. I ended up finally getting out several days later and was graciously given my order with enthusiasm and a smile. I appreciate the General Manager – Brian and the staff personnel I spoke to initially the first time around. This will certainly be my go to for chicken based mostly on exceptional customer service! Plus, spicy Korean bbq is delish.

One of the employees goes to their car and plays music so loud I can hear it from my house. Usually on slow nights between 11:30-1:00pm. It’s disruptive.

I had to come back and update my review. I was honestly shocked—in the best way—when the Regional Manager, Brian Champion, personally called me today in response to my original review below. I had previously given this restaurant one star because customer service means everything to me. Brian’s call completely changed my experience. He listened, took my concerns seriously, and provided truly exceptional customer service. Because of that, I’m upgrading my review to four stars. Thank you, Brian, for reaching out and showing that customer feedback really does matter. See photo below

If you want great delivery do not use this place. The food was cold. I did get my drinks and the driver told me it didn’t come with my combo yet I paid for it. I called the restaurant and the manager didn’t have the The courtesy to even get on the phone with me. The worker came back to the phone and said we’ll give you credit for your sodas. The food did not taste good so I just wasted $50. Never again.

Super super super slow and disorganized, but they are new so might improve. Took 20 minutes longer then the web site said when I ordered.it, people standing around looming.lost, lobby full of upset people.

They just opened and they are friendly, clean, positive, upbeat, clean, and fun. My order was hot, fresh and correct. This loctaion has just opened so i hooe they continue this momentum.
