This review is for Wat the manager. Our order was made wrong. It was supposed to be 10 lemon pepper and 10 hot honey. We called and were told to bring the receipt. I drove there and told the young lady Nay who was professional the whole time. She told the manager what happened and he immediately said no I’m not making them, she needs to bring the wings. He came to tell me and I told him I don’t have the wings. I was only told to bring the receipt. He proceeds to say how do I know you’re basically telling the truth? I said why would I be lying about 10 wings after I just drove over here? I asked you really don’t believe me over wings and he said “I trust myself”. He said “he made them and he knows he didn’t mess up”. I offered to get pictures and he implied I could be lying about that. That people send fake pictures and lie all the time about wings. I convinced my husband to show all the wings showing that half were not lemon pepper through text. Wat the manager didn’t even believe that and said he couldn’t tell. He said he would make them and that he called the general manager and another manager, and they both told him NOT to make them. Mind you it escalated into talking loud over wings. And another young lady wouldn’t even give me Wat’s name, not Nay (she was professional). We go there often and I have never had an experience like that. And as long as he’s there, I will not go back. I will show pictures of the wings that we’re not made correctly.

Place a order online at 942pm, said it would take 19-24minutes. Get to wing stop fries fridge cold ask the young lady working may I have some hot fries. She proceeds to say oh this was ready at 942pm. First and foremost for 30 dollars for one person, I’m gone need some hot food, not even gone discuss the time range. What happened to yes ma’am I can get you some hot fries.

Wings are okay, but if I grab wings again from this location I will be sure to call in to ask for an equal number of flats and drums. I ordered 15 wings online and I received 3 flats and 12 drums. I’m assuming that this is due to people ordering flats only. Either way it was terrible! I should have received around the same amount for both. This will definitely deter future ordering.

Boneless wings to go, sauce barely covered them. Clear they just shook them in a bowl a couple times. Had to try and scrape sauce onto them from the bottom of the container. Disappointed as I haven’t been in years and food quality poor.

I’ve gone to this location on multiple occasions for take out/pickup as well as delivery and the food is always great. Customer service is good, and the one time we had trouble with an order they were quick to fix it.

I promise I will never stop to a Wingstop ever again. I got robbed here. I ordered a 6 piece boneless wing combo paid over $14 and got 3 of the wings the size of my finger tip ♀️ America’s Best Wings will be my only stop for wings. Lesson learned. Plus they forgot my sauce (Tuesday night @10:45pm)

First time at Wing Stop & this is a new location very close to where we live. We ordered upon arrival and waited about 20 minutes or so for our order. We were told prior to odering that it could be 30 minutes, which was fine.
We got the 24-piece meal, which came with 24 bone in wings, large fries (huge order of fries), and dressing for the veggie sticks. We split the wings, he had 12 naked & mild sauce on the side, and I split my 12 to have spicy Korean & Garlic Parm.
So fresh & delicious. The staff was great. There was an older lady that took our order & was so nice, The 3 other employees were never still!! Cooking wings/fries, boxing up orders, and constantly cleaning & sweeping the floor. Very impressed.
I realize they do the most business by ordering online and picking up to take out, but there are 2 tables that hold six people each, should you want to eat in, as we did. Really enjoyed our food! We will return.

I like this location, the employees are friendly and always working hard. My only issue is the last couple times I ordered, my wings were overcooked. It wasn’t to the point where they weren’t edible but some of the skin was too tough to chew. Hopefully I won’t continue to have this issue because I don’t want to switch locations, this one is my favorite.

Small place, some places to sit, no trash can and long wait times. The fries are not good, they taste like dirt and old. The chicken is okay, but they should have a default sauce for the sandwich, because up charging for sauce on a dry sandwich doesn’t make sense.
Update: The phone customer service is terrible, they got an attitude and hung up on me, because I called twice.
