The food was Great and the Service was amazing. The strange part was we were dining in and we still got everything delivered in a bag to our table. Also the restrooms had locks on them?.? Are there that many non-customers coming in using the restroom that it’s worth inconveniencing your actual customers. Eating hot wings covered in sauce and then needing to go to the bathroom to wash your hands should be easy.

If you order from here, make sure you take everything out of the bag and check to make sure you have what you ordered and that it has the correct sauce. Last time I ordered, my daughter wanted Hawaiian and they gave us Mango Habanero. This time, they neglected to put 5 of the wings in my order. Its almost not worth the hassle of having to order and then wait even longer for them to correct what should have been an easy task to begin with.

They remake my order is terrible these are suppose to be boneless wings. But they are nubs at best no sauce on a couple and all the sauce on the others
They also decided to talk about my order and caught them while I was walking in and with all the side eyes and snarky comments. This wing stop has been a failure since the start.

I’ve seen the commercials on television and this location has no similarities to what is being advertised.
Service is beyond slow 20 wings and some fries took 45 minutes and the fries were cold when we finally got them.
Advise you to go when you aren’t hungry so the wait time won’t bother you.

The worst ever wish I didn’t have to give them a one star. Ordered 2 of the 20 wings/$20 deals ..pulled up and walked to door to pickup my order and first thing I see in going through the door was a gentleman sitting in the cooking area on the phone like he was at home ♀️. Get my food, $44( feeding my family for a Friday night out ) I got 1st order that was supposed to be hickory bbq, my husband loves anything bbq, only to get it and it’s bland and no taste whatsoever. I got a 2 order that was garlic parmesan, my favorite, only to have a pound of parmesan cheese sprinkled on half a side of greasy/crunchy chicken. Not impressed with either at all. Fill out a compliant order and it’s messing 24 hrs later and no response back. I still have 15 of the supposed bbq( that looks like hot wings ) left and 11 of the supposed garlic parmesan… It’s four people in my family so you figure it( we had a real small dinner last night ). I would suggest Culpeper Wingstop to anyone, don’t even waste your time as well as your money.

First visit, first impression. Staff merely there. Not friendly or inviting. Wings, bone-in, hot, but skin still loose and rubbery… not cooked enough. Buffalo sauce, well, personal taste, tasted odd, didn’t care for it. Took unusual long time to prepare. Fries, more than half was bits and pieces like left over bottom of bag. Overall not impressed. You would think that a new business, new location, would be movated to be exceptionally friendly, and have more attention to offering the best product.

I’m not one to give bad reviews but this was needed. I should have read the reviews before going because I experienced the same issues mentioned by previous customers. We love Wingstop but this will be our first and last time at this location. (Online order) Never greeted, stood waiting without being acknowledged from any staff, another customer tried to help out and ask if my bag was up there when their name was called-she completely ignored him. I finally went up and looked under the bag at a receipt got yelled at but then magically we were being assisted-the customers that also had bags up there but weren’t being helped ended up thanking ME for getting them their food. Unfortunately their customer service and organization won’t be keeping customers around. When I finally got to eat my food-everything was cold because it was on the stand for an extra 20 minutes. We’ve had better food at other wing stops. Would not recommend unless things are managed better.

Stopped by today, I was debating about the blue cheese with one of the employees, a young lady and I mentioned how good Buffalo blue cheese was, and she told me not to mention that restaurant! Lol! But I did say that they have the best wings. Anyway, I ordered the blue cheese and i must say, it is really good!

I was so excited to get some voodoo fries, I ordered them thru their website and then picked it up in store, I wish I would’ve actually opened the fry container before I left because they gave me ONLY the burnt ends. It was so gross 🙁

The restaurant was very clean and the staff was awesome! They were quick to take our order and the food came out fairly quickly, even though there were several online orders being worked at the same time. The quality of the wings and the corn were exactly what we requested!
