I had the best experience here. I was helped by Elfie and she was extremely tremendous help. I had to order chicken for my grandmother and Elfie guided me to the right choice and was extremely patient with me and informative. She knew the best option I should take and pointed out the best combo. Her energy was sweet and pleasant and really chill – this made me the customer feel comfortable . I appreciate you Elfie and the gentlemen who cooked the food. They cooked it to perfection and it was in a timely manner. The food was fresh and hot still even when I got home. The place is extremely clean and the well organized. Thank you Wingstop for the amazing experience.

The food can be hit or miss. Sometimes the corn is hard or too salty. A few times the chicken wasn’t cooked properly, but when it hits, it hits. The manager Rachel is fantastic. She definitely gets 5 stars!

Worst experience I ever had and I actually liked go to this location. I Made an estimated time to go order for 15 wings , I opened my container and was only given 7 wings. I drove back to the store showed the cashier my order and the container . She looked and showed the cooks my order and they made me a fresh order of wings . Before I left the store I checked the order they managed to get my order wrong after looking at my ticket. I wanted a refund at this point . I was told that I could not get a refund since they made me the correct wings,
and instead I could get another fresh order. I had to explain to the cashier I did not receive the correct order and show her a picture of the first order that I originally wanted that they messed up. Mind you the cooks were staring at me like I was the problem!? The cashier called her manager and I was told by the manager she had to speak to the owner in order for me to receive a refund and to leave my order number /contact information. No one ever called me I had to reach out to wing-stop hq in order to get a refund. It took this store a whole month just to give me a refund. ♀️

Lately the quality of the wings have gone down tremendously. The skin is always rubbery and now the orders are coming out wrong. Due to the two previous times that our wings came out rubbery as if the skin wasn’t cooked we specifically asked for them to be cooked well done and not only was the skin rubbery but we received the wrong order again. I really hope management can turn things around. I would hate for them to lose business behind quality control issues.

The wait is unreal. From the order to completion it is easily 10-15 minutes for an order of fries. The store was not crowded at all and there were 6 staff on duty. The cashier told 1 lady they were bagging up here order. She waited an additional 5 minutes.

I ordered delivery through their website. The driver only delivered one out of three meals. When I called for help, the employee stated she couldn’t provide a refund or deliver the rest of the order. She said she’d have the manager call the next day to process a refund. The manager never called and they didn’t answer my calls when I tried calling them. I would not recommend the delivery option to anyone. Pick up the order in person.
