Terrible experience. And honestly dangerous. I ordered wings to be picked up at 530. There were 75 people crammed in the restaurant so tight that it was hard to breathe. They blocked off half of the restaurant for pickup orders and only had three orders ready. They were also behind 1.5 hours. I had to ask my wife to leave the area because this place could have easily become dangerous if anyone fell. Terrible experience. Additionally, they were so far behind in orders, I had to wait an hour just to cancel. The person working in the back also was not loud enough and was not giving any updates. Worst wings top I have ever been in. And its a HUGE safety issue to allow 75 people in the restaurant and block off half of the area.

I order a $70 carryout order from this branch every week. Two weeks ago, when I got home and opened the package, the French fries were missing. Today, at 6 PM, I went to the branch to pick up my order. Although my order was ready, the girl at the counter ignored me and was talking to her friend in Spanish. I waited for minutes to get my ready order. When I received my order, I checked it in the car and saw that the two cheese sauces I paid for were not in the package. The thin, dark-haired girl at the counter said the sauces were in the packages and sent me back to my car. Then I went back into the store and she had left the two cheese sauces near the counter. She literally made fun of me, giving me the order without checking it completely, and then lied to me in front of other customers, saying everything was complete! It was very rude behavior. 1/6/2026. around 6 pm.

Well, it’s Superbowl Sunday. Ordered wings for a party Sunday morning for delivery later in the day. Guests at house and then the dreaded, “your order is cancelled because we are too busy” text comes after midnight. No explanation and no reversal of the charges on my cc so far.
Disappointing to say the least. On another note, if you’re ever faced with a Superbowl cancellation your best bet is to order Chinese food!

Ordered in advance for Super Bowl Sunday – figured they would ‘plan ahead’ and throttle or stop orders when they had more they could handle – not the case. Waited 1.5hrs before I gave up, no way to cancel order that never came, or auto reimburse folks who never got their order

Food was average and all flavors were spicy. It should have been noted that flavors are spicy so customers are aware or at least give us the option to choose between mild and hot. Also it took them 30+ minutes to give us our order of 20 wings, unheard of for a fast food place…. Cajun fries were too spicy and hard to taste and enjoy the fries….
