I do not understand how this location has 3.5 stars. This is the best Wingstop I’ve ever been to. It’s across the street from where I work so I go here frequently. It’s always clean. My order is always ready on time and the staff there knows me by name. I don’t have to tell them who I am I just walk in and they get my order to me. That’s a level of service you can’t take for granted nowadays. Food is always fresh. I’ve never had a problem here. Manager is really nice as well. Yall need to fix this rating up to 5 stars.

This is by far my favorite WingStop. The food is always super fresh. Unlike so many other locations, they don’t pre cook their wings or fries to reheat for speed. They focus on quality and make each order fresh when you order, every time, as it should be.

On Christmas Eve, I placed an online order totaling $80.17 at 9:43 PM. The website accepted my payment and confirmed the order would be ready at 10:00 PM. When I arrived, a man in civilian clothes was at the door closing it as another customer walked away. I knocked, and the same man opened the door and told me that any orders placed after 9:30 PM would be automatically refunded within 48 hours. Another customer arrived right behind me and was told the same thing.

I waited a full week and still saw no refund, so I called the store and asked for a manager. After explaining what happened, I was put on hold. A man eventually picked up, asked a few questions, and said he was filing a claim and that I should see the refund within 48 hours. It has now been over three weeks, and I still have not received my money.

My concern isn’t just the missing refund—it’s the overall customer service and how customers are treated at this location. About a month before this incident, I was inside the store waiting for a to‑go order and witnessed a delivery driver place the drink cup in his mouth while checking his phone, then fill the customer’s drink. The front‑counter employee saw it and said nothing. That should have been my warning not to return.

At this point, I simply want my refund processed. This location needs a District Manager to step in and assess how this store is being run. The lack of professionalism, hygiene oversight, and follow‑through is unacceptable.

Man, where to start with this place? Any time I go to a restaurant like this and everything is below average and there is a glaring lack of attention to detail, I just have to wonder; where are the owners? Where is management? Where is the oversight!? This place, like so many other fast food joints, appears to just not care. There was nothing good about this Wingstop. It wasn’t very clean. The service was slow. The wings were insanely salty. The fries were overcooked, yet soggy. The music in the dining area was too loud. The TV is on some weird sports betting channel and still has its protective plastic wrapping on it. The soda machine spews soda all over. The whole experience was just disappointing in every way. I recommend skipping this location and if Wingstop can’t provide better oversight, I’ll be skipping this franchise permanently.

Wingstop has lost its flare, considering.If you go down the street American Best Wings is considering in humble opinion the best wings more flavors, better customer service, as well as a menu full of other options if you’re feeling like you need to pare the wings or something different, the service here at this wing stop is hands down the worst I’ve experienced in any location within the dmv, but I have to say back in the day, wingstop was one of the best places to go I hope corporate sees this message and considers going back to the old days when wingstop has something going.

I went to the wingstop in Dumfries at 11:23pm to order a quick 12 wings. This location closes at 12am. I made sure to order the least possible order. No fries no nothing so that they could get it done quickly and out the way. I called 10mins prior but nobody answered. The supervisor who was a Hispanic young guy about 5ft 9 with short hair, chubby face said they don’t take orders after 11:30 and said it was 7 more minutes to that time so they wouldn’t take my order. I asked him what time the store closed and he said 12am. So why couldn’t he serve me? Because clearly they were still frying chicken. (If u check the camera at 11:25 u would see.) He said because they need time to clean. So i walked out. While i was walking out he yelled something in Spanish like he was extremely angry. So i walked back in to ask for the manager and he said he was the shift lead and there was no manager available. I am reporting this behavior because this is not how u should serve ur community. I won’t be surprised if others experience this but i would never step at any wingstop ever again.

Totally disappointed. Ordered through uber eats but still dry, chewy wings, was expecting at least a spoonful of sauce in any of the wings. Never ever ordering stuffs from here again. I’m done with WingStop and i hate to say it:( 45$ went down the trash
