First time patronizing this place – used delivery for a 10 piece wing combo. Delivery was pretty quick, wings were hot, decent sized and the fries were warm. Over all pretty good experience. I would use them again. Two cons. Only one ketchup packet? Come on… needed at least 4 and I overheard the delivery guy talking shit to himself because he had to wait for me to come to the door. Plus, he kind of looked like he just crawled out of your dumpster to deliver my order.

I’m not usually someone who leaves reviews, but this experience stood out to me. I stopped by Wingstop and had an interaction with the manager, Kaitlyn (or Caitlyn), and she honestly reminded me a lot of myself. She was incredibly good at multitasking, communicated clearly, and was very understanding and accommodating. What impressed me most was how efficient she was while still staying calm, she didn’t seem stressed at all, even with a lot going on.
I know this location has a pretty rough overall rating right now, but I really hope it turns around because it definitely has potential. Having a manager like her makes a noticeable difference, and I think that kind of leadership can go a long way.

The staff member that took my order seem to be on cloud nine. They messed up my order two times. Good thing I checked. Where is the manager or training. How are you making someone food talking on the phone, touching your phone then people food, hair all over the place, and in the back talk while people waiting to place their orders.

This franchise is terrible. I was on a break from DoorDash and wanted to buy French fries. They told me I couldn’t buy them until I finished my delivery. This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I’m so disappointed in how they treated me. I don’t recommend supporting this business. I hope the original corporation going to finds my complaint. I’ve already emailed customer service.

I ordered the Hickory BBQ 10 piece boneless wings BOGO through T-Mobile and these wings are bursting with flavor, magnificence, and taste. Best wings experience ever! I have worked in the food service before and this place is absolutely awful. the way the employees seem gone somewhere else and the place is not clean worries me. this was my boyfriend and i’s first ever wingstop experience we drove 45 minutes out of our way today to get it. you would never expect that a place like this brand that is so well talked about would have a store this bad. there were only three employees working, one looked like they were on something, one wouldn’t stop talking really loud and raving about how their husband is a twitch streamer, and the other one was just trying to get by. I got the garlic parm flavor wings 8 count and it was just a chicken nugget with parm on it. my boyfriend got the same and thank god he got half lemon so we could eat something better than that but they only gave us two out of the four of them the other two were just fried breading. on top of this, our wait was 30 minutes. we came in and ordered. and, i got a dr. pepper and there must be something wrong with it because it just tastes like carbonated water, no flavor. and no one was wearing gloves. we wasted 2 hours today, and $30. i am not usually one to ever file a complaint but as someone who has worked in the food service this has to be fixed by someone. these people cannot keep getting away with this.

The general manager of this location and staff were so welcoming and helpful, going above-and-beyond for our service. We ordered 75 wings, they came out on-time, and as they promised, they came out fresh, hot, and AMAZING. Definitely will be a regular at this new location 5-stars!

Ordered takeout and food was ready on time exactly as ordered and well packaged. Fries were great, Tiny portion of vegetables, one ketchup for large fries. The wings? Sauces were delicious but even though these are the most EXPENSIVE wings in town, these were the SMALLEST wings I have ever seen, with very little meat on all of them. I like the flavors and variety but definitely sticking with no locally owned shop.

Last month James came to the rescue at what had to be 11:30PM on a weeknight. An uber eats driver didn’t mark the bag as picked up and canceled my order as it circulated from driver to driver for several hours. After my uber eats driver told me what happened—I thanked for informing me of this and as I was canceling my order, Wingstop overheard and James got to work. I had lost all my hunger by that point but James American spirit made my night. Been consistently ordering from this location for about a year now and never been disappointed. It was a rainy night too so I made sure to tip the uber driver extra and leave a review. Shoutout James. A hero can be anyone, even a man doing something as simple and reassuring as putting a coat around a young boy’s shoulders to let him know that the world hadn’t ended
