Ordered online through the app on 10/19. When I arrived, there was a gentleman in front of me, one of the workers asked someone else to help him which was fine. After helping the gentleman at the counter, the worker then goes ahead and puts his air pod back in and ignores me at the pickup counter! I was about to just grab my food from the pick up counter and then walk out (which I should’ve done! I could’ve saved myself 5 minutes). He comes back over and I said “can I please get my food, I ordered pickup for Reza” the guy doesn’t even look at me and says “sure” and hands it to me. I ordered my fries well done and with extra seasoning as I always do! The past two times they have done the exact opposite! I get home and my fries are soggy and have barely any seasoning! Thanks!

We’ve ordered this location several times and never had an issue. Wanted to counteract their low review score because the food has always been great. I like my wings fried hard and never had a soggy wing from here. Really miss the Latto meal and their honey lemon pepper wings though!

Had a great experience, staff was GREAT, which is why I gave 2 stars, my first time eating at a wing stop, my issue is the actual chicken, I opened my box and to my surprise via pic I posted it’s still hair on my chicken. I’m sorry but that’s just unacceptable. Please do better, chicken should not still have feathers after they have been fried and tossed in sauce. Again STAFF WAS AMAZING! Just the issue with the actual chicken!

Couldn’t even bother to fully coat the wings. Ordered Superbowl Sunday and it was a complete disaster. Waited 30 minutes for the wrong, cold order.

The food was better than expected and the service was good. The atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant and it was hygienic. Perhaps because it was Friday evening, there were many customers. However, I was a bit disappointed that the veggie stick was missing from my order.

Not a Big Fan! We ordered wings from this new store and was expecting something amazing. What we got was disappointment we ordered delivery and was not given any blue cheese, the wings are TINY I was expecting the wings to be larger because of the high price of $14.99 for 10 wings. Tasted dry and hard. I don’t think I will be going back to this one anytime soon. Not worth my money.
