This is a Super Bowl review. I ordered my order at 6:00pm. Didn’t even get my order in time. I had to drive there to find that several other orders were still behind since 5pm. People who ordered later received their orders sooner then, the orders that where hours behind. The manager was being extremely rude to her employees. Instead of helping her employees she was just being rude to them and arguing with them. A true manager would jump in and see how she can assist her team. The front cashier kept hanging on the calls. I had to drive there to cancel my order. Since it was almost 11pm. I felt the team was fully staffed and not working to its true potential. But, I do imagine a great team starts with leadership and training . Also, there should be a limit to the orders if they are getting a rush of orders. WINGSTOP please start limiting order for Super Bowl night if you cannot commit your team to getting orders out in time or even for picks ups. I shouldn’t have to drive there hours later just to cancel. My sister in law also place her own order and they forgot items from her order as well. Very unprofessional how the manager was acting and not taking responsibility for her own actions and supporting her team.

I want to thank Janine for her professionalism. She is a true professional and honestly strives for customer satisfaction. I had an order that was placed on Super Bowl Sunday. The store was overwhelmed with orders and backed up. Janine made it right and I am very thankful there is still very good people that do what they do.

I placed my order at 5:15 PM for a 40 wing combo. By 7:00 PM, the food still wasn’t ready, and my husband didn’t receive our order until 9:00 PM.
I tried calling multiple times to check on the status of my order, but the store would answer the phone and immediately hang up.
When my husband was inside the restaurant, there was no order or organization at all. It was chaotic, and staff didn’t seem to know which orders were made or pending.
On top of that, the ranch tasted off, which was concerning.
To make matters worse, my sister in law placed an order at 6:00 PM, and when we went to the store at 10:00 PM, her food had not even been started. She had to go inside in person just to cancel her order because they wouldn’t answer the phone.
Waiting hours for food, being unable to reach the store, and receiving questionable quality items is completely unacceptable. This was hands down the worst Wingstop experience I’ve had.

Rant initiated….I would recommend ALWAYS picking up your order form Wingstop at Shady Grove and not using the delivery service. Or better yet, just use a different Wingstop location all together.

We were missing part of our order (just drinks), so I called the store to get a refund. I was told on the first call that I would need to contact customer service (after the associate spoke to a manager) to initiate a refund. I questioned the validity of this as it’s a weekend and corporate offices are only open Monday through Friday. He assured me they would answer. They didn’t.

I called the store back, was put on hold for 15 minutes, then was told to call Door Dash to initiate the refund process. I called Door Dash and was told they could only help if my order was never received. They recommended I call the store back.

I called the store back and now asked to speak to the manager. I realized it was the same person I spoke to after being on hold so long, and I again asked for a refund of the drinks. Interesting that they only answered after I initiated the no caller ID function on my phone – I called 3 times without that initiated and it went to voicemail.

He asked “you never receieved your drinks, that’s all you were missing?”. I reiterated I had already stated that twice before. “Oh well thats better than missing your food”, he says. Yes, except I didn’t get to enjoy said food, as I’ve been on with numerous “customer service calls”. I asked why the original person, after consulting with the manager (him) told me I could only get a refund by calling corporate customer service. “He’s new”, he says. Ok. Why did he, the manager, tell me to call Door Dash?

“Because they can get someone to deliver the rest of the order”, he says. But why did they tell me that all they could do was initiate a refund if I had a missing order? “I don’t know”, he says. All he said is he could now process my refund – in 5-7 business days.

Bottom line… Terrible customer service, outsourcing delivery, and no one takes accountability for any of this.

Aniya and Jhanae were awesome! They were super friendly, extremely professional, and served us with enthusiasm and made my Wingstop experience a 10/10!! I recommend them and I commend their fantastic customer service. 10/10

Came here on a rainy day, my hands got dirty and i wanted to wash my hands before ordering. One of the employees stopped me and did not let me go to wash my hands before ordering first. Due to the ridiculous situation and the rudness of the person i left and didn’t even buy from there. Terrible attitude.

SUPER BOWL 2026. I’d say this, I had to wait few hours and there was confusion due to the amount of orders. However, the team that works there showed resilience and that’s something you can’t find anywhere. Wings stop are the best wings so far, but the people that works on this locations has all my respect and gratitude.

I went to this wing stop yesterday after my eye appointment on 12/19/24. It was my 1st time there. When my order came my fries were burnt and the wings were dry and hard. I was a bit disappointed, but as I walked to the restroom, I saw 2 men sitting and their wings looked fresh and their fries were not burnt. I paid for the combo, but yet I had to ask for my drink after getting my meal. It was a bit disappointing seeing that I paid for my meal like everyone else. I took a photo of my fries due to the shock. I guess I didn’t deserve the fresh fries and wings. Will never go back, nor recommend anyone there. Or order for events at the hospital, not recommended.

The cashier Jennay was so nice, the prices are realistic, the food is really good! Their fries seasoning is yummyyy! I just recommend that you orderl online so it’s ready by the time you get there, cuz they do take some time. But they’re soo good!

I ordered delivery from them and was missing drinks. They contract with Doordash. I had missing drinks and instead of acknowledging fault, the restaurant told me there was nothing I could do. So now I’m down money for something I never even received. They were also incredibly rude and dismissive on the phone.
