The staff went above and beyond! This was my first time here, we waited about 20 minutes for my large order and it was worth the wait!!! The fries were hot and fresh, loved then seasoning, and the star of the show was definitely the chicken! Our top 2 flavors are the mild buffalo and garlic Parmesan. Paying extra for the homemade ranch and blue cheese wasn’t a problem at all!

I ordered through Doordash and ordered two combos which is not cheap. Not only was my food cold but one of my drinks was missing. I’ve worked for Wingstop before. Everyone knows combos come with a drink. Disappointed.

The young lady who handed me my order was great. When I got home I was disappointed in the product. My order was messed up. Ordered 10 bone in, 5 buffalo, 5 bbq. Received it in boneless. Fries and wings were not done and we had to put them in the oven. Movie night was a dud. Thanks Wingstop!

Idk what’s going on now but usually the food I get from here is good, I ordered mango habanero and hot honey combo. My hot honey wings were greasy and had NO seasoning, the fries were various thickness and the wings weren’t hard they were chewy. The service wasn’t good either! It was 5 people working and none of them acknowledged the people coming to pick up orders, they just kept stacking bags on the shelf smh. One guy came in and had just started his shift and he was the one to start taking/giving orders. It has to be a new staff bc I’ve never had bad wings from here until today. Only good thing were the fries tbh

I ordered my wings at 7 PM and the app said they’d be delivered by 7:49. I didn’t get them until 9:30 PM, and they were ice-cold, so I had to throw them away. It took them over two hours to prepare my order. This has happened multiple times. Worst place ever

I honestly don’t know how this Wingstop is rated a 3.3 because I have never had any issues. Every single time I order, it’s ready on time, the food is great and they have NEVER messed up my order. Mind you my girls love Wingstop so we’re here pretty often. The staff is always so nice and the food is great! Love this Wingstop!

I was so shocked to bite into my chicken only to have blood shoot out. I called the store to report it to management and they told me it was like this due to the chicken not being cooked fully causing the veins to bleed out. I was beyond horrified. Because she basically stated that the chicken was not fully done but they still served it. I got a call almost an hour later by the district manger whom argued with me stating the food was cooked fully and that’s how chicken would look if you cooked it at home. I was totally lost for words at this point. Being someone whom has worked in the culinary industry for over 12 years and had some of the top training both in the US and overseas I was very insulted. I wouldn’t serve this to a dying animal. I was basically told that nothing would be done about this matter. I’m at a total lost words words and still feel sick to my stomach. If I were you I would not spend a dime in this establishment where your health is no importance to the brand.
