The manager that was working tonight, May 2,2023 named Chris, if that’s even his real name, was very disrespectful. I ordered delivery and had some safety concerns about my order and tried explaining to them what I saw. He walked away from the phone while I was still talking to him and came back and started cutting me off. I asked him if he can please stop cutting me off so I can explain what happened and he hung up in my face. When I called back he wanted to act professional and stated that I was accusing him of being rude to me and he wanted me to bring the food to the store because he had to see it for himself to make sure it’s legit. If this is how he treats customers he needs to be fired.

Love this Wingstop. Fast food and service and great selection. No shrinkflation so far that I have noticed. Sometimes they mess up my order but when they do, its always an upgrade kind of mess up! Like I order a small fry and they give me a large or I order 12 wings divided into two flavors six and six and instead they give me 12 wings of each flavor. If they make a mistake, they let me keep it without charging me more. 100% would recommend. Only downside is that you cannot order delivery. The website won’t work and they do not do delivery over the phone. You can only do carry-out or dine in and if you want delivery, you have to use Uber Eats or DoorDash and pay their app fees.

Nice staff, clean restaurant. I enjoyed the food. However, the sauces are not my favorite. I tried Cajun and original hot and they were milder than a medium buffalo sauce in my opinion.
