Surprisingly this location made us change our opinion! Our order was perfect . The taste, quality and temperature were all spot on! Not only that, the staff had taken the time and an extra step to arrange all the to-go bags in a very organized way. It was an easy in and out. They also had staff standing around helping everyone with whatever questions/help they needed.
Our experience has also been wonderful at all other times. This place is always very clean & they have very friendly and helpful staff.

This is my son’s favorite place for wings. Hands down best tasting wings in a variety of sauces. We did carry out this time but have eaten here many times before. Clean, dine in area along with a freestyle machine and TV . It gets busy so order online if you can.

Hey there! I just had to share my recent experience with Wingstop in Chantilly. I wasn’t a huge fan of Wingstop before, but this new location has completely won me over. The attention to detail on every order is top-notch, and my family and I really appreciate it. The staff is truly amazing – they even go out of their way to remember your name. The fries and wings are always cooked to perfection. Trust me, just one visit and you’ll have a new favorite wing spot. Thank you, Wingstop Chantilly – this place is truly something special. Customer service at this location on point they friendly, quick, and make sure your food come out hot every time. Soon as I walked in, the smell had me locked in. Lemon pepper hittin, fries on point, and that ranch different. Might wait a lil, but once that box hit your hand, it’s all worth it.

This restaurant is very unorganized and very dirty. I’m disappointed with the customer service and after the fact I picked up my online order from this restaurant and got to my car I realized I had to go back inside and request napkins and ketchup . The condiments tray had used open ketchup packs in it and when I informed that lady who seems she is one of the owners, she behaved very rudely. McDonald customer service is way better than this WINGSTOP location.tThere is no napkin box for dine in and take out in this restaurant.The lady owner said they use rolls of napkins and she pulled the brown bathroom paper towel. The workers in this restaurant prepares food without wearing gloves and without covering their hair. All employees have long hair. Both managers had a weird attitude and are rude. This restaurant needs a visit fromThe department of food service to get inspected for cleanliness.After seeing how dirty and filthy this restaurant is I decided not to eat the wings and not have my children eat them. $30 worth of food.

The customer service here was absolutely terrible. The manager and staff should be fired for their unprofessional conduct. I was there to pick up a food delivery order, and they told me to fill up a soda for a customer’s order. I politely informed them that this was not my job and that I was there to pick up the order. They responded by saying they were too busy, even though there were four employees goofing around in the back. I have never seen such unprofessionalism.
