This is my ‘Crack’ Super Bowl party Wing Stop story. Order was placed at 5:30pm, told it would take 25 minutes. So from 6pm until 8:23pm ended up being the time waiting for the order. The manager showing his __, worked to expedite the unforeseen backup, but his efforts were less than adequate. The fries ended up being cold. A veggie replacement was given in snack bags, (which cost extra) and for the inconvenience, a couple of half off coupons given.

We stopped in this particular Wingstop to give it a try. I’ve heard good things about their food so we figured we would take a moment and give it a try. It was very easy to place a order. We ordered two combos 1 10 piece and 18 piece and paid. Our daughter ordered before us and got her food so I figured ours was right there so 15 minutes later we had to ask what was going on with her food and I’m assuming the ticket got to skipped and we didn’t get it made. If I did arrived, and the food was relatively warm. The two combos were shoved in one container box so I’m not sure how you were supposed to eat that being two different individuals but we had to ask for some kind of container to put the food in and the gentleman helping us didn’t understand English so he thought the food was bad so we’re going to remake it and I told him that’s not the problem anyways Once you got past that it was all right. Everything was OK. I probably wouldn’t come back considering our first experience, wasn’t that great.
