I tried this place for the first time at the new location on Naamans Rd. Lisa was very welcoming and greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. Eli took our order was also very friendly. He was patient and said he can offer a taste sample for any sauce if I wanted to try it. The wings and fries were delicious and the place was very clean. The crew was outstanding and I felt welcomed and that my business was appreciated. I will definitely be back.

Ordered for superbowl Sunday, kitchen was backed up with a long wait time but staff were very transparent about it the second I walked in. Staff was nice and trying their best to get everything out on time. And despite the craziness they got my order correct down to the different flavors I wanted for each wing. Props to everyone working that day, they deserve some recognition.

Went to this location for the first time and I’ll definitely be returning, I was hesitant due to some past reviews I read, but I’m so glad I chose to give it a try! I placed my order ahead of time, and when I arrived there was no wait, it was already packed and ready for pick up. I didn’t even need to wait in line because one of the employees who pleasantly greeted me when I walked in asked if I was there for a pick up and then kindly proceeded to check for my order and bring it to me. He then made sure I had my cup and straw for the self-service beverage station. The restaurant was clean. The staff was kind. When I got home I noticed that everything was neatly packed (no sauce spilled out) and everything I ordered, even my extra sauces were in the bag. There were also napkins in the bag. The food order was correct and everything I ordered was excellent- cheese fries, wings well done (half dry rub, half sauce), and even the iced tea was very delicious! Once I find a place I like, I stick with it, I become a repeat customer and then I recommend it to others, this Wing Stop location is now on that list.

Just had wingstop for the first time and SHEEEESH ya’ll did your thing. Food was delicious, got the lemon pepper steppers, hot and honey, and the Louisiana rub and I currently have the itits. And then fries? They must have been a little angel dust on them because boy are they delicious.
Lovely experience, will go there again but my belly, buns and thighs will regret it later.

The wings here are pretty good. I recommend the dry rubs, as the chicken tends to be cooked more thoroughly. The fried corn is also delicious! My only issue was I waited 40 minutes for my online pickup order.

They are way too slow
Very unwelcoming customer service, made me feel like they don’t to take my order.
Also, they drop the food for next ticket in fryer after the first one is done however they can just drop the food for multiple tickets in fryer at a time so that they can get it to the customers faster.

At 2 minutes to 11 am before opening, they were told to stand outside to wait. Mind you that day it was freezing cold out! No compassion for my husband and child at ALL! The door was open and not locked. Unbelievable! Especially since I work in the industry! If the door is open, you are normally welcomed inside. Not here! Our child is 11 years old! Rude! No they did not eat here! I cant say anything about the food. The 3.3 star review says everything about this place! If you dont want people waiting inside, then lock your door.

The places where I will order wings is very limited, because I refuse to buy them from anywhere that does not allow (for a modest upcharge) one to order all flats or all drums. Places that do not offer this option always have some excuse. Their loss. Wingstop allows this to be done, so points!

The last time (a couple years ago) I explored my Wingstop options, I think the closest one to me was up by the Philadelphia Airport. This new location on Naaman’s Road is very close to me. Even more points!
My mobile order was complete and neatly packaged by the time I arrived. They seal up all the mobile orders, I guess, as if they’re all for Door Dashers to pickup, which seems a little excessive, but that’s how a lot of places roll these days. The bag contained exactly what I ordered, which is always nice. If you order a drink, you have to serve it for yourself, which is fine, especially since I am a “no ice” guy and other places screw that up all the time. They offer more fountain beverage options than many places. All the points!
The person at the counter was pleasant… not much interaction was required to hand me my prepaid order bag. Points!
The food was hot and perfectly done. Definitely satisfied my craving for wings. The points that, in the end, matter the most!
The only knock, at all, is that they use those infernal paper straws. I have deducted one one-hundreth of one star for that. 4.99 stars.
I will be back… often.

Do not recommend this establishment. Only takes an hour wait to get 10 wings once you order with them at the register. Trash establishment that really should stick to trash locales. Thought maybe in this location it might be an exception and they might be able to function in a competent manner. Massive mistake. Already can’t wait for them to close this location so a company with a clue can open up at this storefront. This place has worse service than the Little Caesars that closed down the road last year.
