Tiffany was amazing! The store was clean for the first time I’ve ever seen at night. The soda machine syrup was actually replaced! She offered us complimentary stuff for our time inconveniences. She made sure our food was ok and asked us how it was. Please give her recognition and a raise, she cares more than any other employee I’ve ever met at Wingstop!

I gave 5 stars in customer service because I had an issue there in which things happens we are human.. spoke with Mike I’m the manager and be made it right, no attitude no justifying. He was friendly, empathetic and went above and beyond to fix the issue. I respect that.

My husband placed on order on the 5th Street location app and sent an error message on his card saying his card was not valid or it didn’t exist…. So I placed another order at your Shillington location on my phone to place another on my phone and it went through…. But I did not receive my whole order…. We’re eating our food anyway because we were hungry …. In the mist of this another order comes delivered and that was still wrong too so your establishment charged his card and the order went through…. We just want the money back from the first order because we did no get a complete order on both and the first order wasn’t completed because of an error on the order sent by your establishment ….

We usually order from the Wingstop in Shillington PA and have no issues, however we were close to 5th street today so decided to pick up from there. We ordered 30 bone-in wings and were really disappointed. They weren’t cooked, slimy, skin was raw like in texture, insides still pink. Wings should be crispy and thoroughly cooked. We got home and I had to cook them in the air fryer to make them “safe”. Sauce also wasn’t up to par. Really a bad experience. Not sure if locations vary that much but would NOT recommend the location on 5th street in Reading PA.

I’m not sure why people pay money for shitty wings. Theyre especially awful to delivery partners and are unwilling to fulfill orders when they’ve given away orders to the wrong driver.

We ordered two 6 boneless wings combos with ranch. One had bbq/mild, the other had lemon pepper.
When we got the order and went home, we realized we were missing the lemon pepper wings and both ranch dips.
Called and been on hold for 30 minutes and still nothing. Can’t even place a complaint on the website as this location is not even on there.
Atmosphere and service is nice tho, just would be nice if staff were a little more attentive on what goes out (or what hasn’t)
