This place is absolutely INSANE. Got my order wrong, didn’t offer me a refund. The girl taking me and my friends order honestly was disgustingly disrespectful. She wore a lot of makeup. I do not say that with disrespect because she genuinely had a red lip with the brightest pink blush i’ve ever seen, it made my jaw DROP. She just stared at me when i nicely said this isn’t my order. Since she said literally nothing I just okay it’s fine i’ll just eat it anyway and then I said have a nice day. After saying this the girl again just didn’t say anything and stared at me with disrespect. They also got my friend’s order wrong twice. They didn’t offer her a refund either nor nothing they completely forgot it at first and she had to make a whole new order and pay again. This girl with the out of control makeup (again no disrespect but that’s only way to describe it) needs to learn customer service. I’ve worked at places i didn’t want to either but still remained respectful with my customers. This place is a show and will never be getting my service again. We were expecting to experience a complete disaster of a restaurant when visiting this site. However we were pleasantly surprised. The workers were very kind and let us know the wait time ahead of time. The food was properly prepared with no issues. I’d say they had a rocky start but seem to have a grip on it now.

Food was amazing. Especially them french fries. Also ranch and honey mustard dips were delicious. Will buy again. Pickup was chaos. But it was a Friday night. Too many customers waiting for their pickup order. Staff was nice and friendly.

Honestly one of the most impressive wingstop location I have ever visited. The guy who took my order was very swift, knowledgeable, and polite. He cleaned our table before we sat down and apologized for any inconvenience. The food was amazing, I have tried every flavor and out of most of the wingstop establishments I have visited, the food here was exquisite and excellently cooked. I have a texture issue with food that is too crunchy, but this was the best mixture of tenderness and crunch. I love every single bit of my experience. If I could give a 10/10 I would. The server, I’m sure his name was Isaiah, was one of the best I have encountered.

Service was good.. everyone seemed very overwhelmed.. wasn’t impressed by the wings at all.. Fries had potential to be really good had they been hot and not thrown on top of everything else in my bag.. Don’t think I’ll return but kudos to the workers for trying to keep up with all the orders.

I had no problems with this Wingstop! My husband and I got plenty of food for both of us and it was a great price. The food was ready from our online pickup as soon as we went in. The staff were friendly. Ignore the negative reviews and try this Wingstop out!

The food and service was amazing! The employees were so friendly and helpful explaining the menu and ordering process. The tables and eating area were very clean and comfortable. The only thing I found slightly annoying was how loud the Muzak played. It was so loud you couldn’t have a conversation with the person sitting across from you and even worse the girl taking our order.

I was excited to try this new wingstop. And I a huge wing stop fan but this wing stop restaurant was not worth it I place my order at 3:20 they told me 15/30 min for the food time I got my food was around 4:55 it not worth it then my friend went 8 pm they had to wait 2 hours for some wing different not again ♂️ ♂️

Be prepared for a long wait. I stopped in there for a lunch break paid for my food to go and had to leave before it was ready. Lost my money and got no food. Was not told that it was a long wait until i asked because i had to leave. I only ordered a chciken sandwich and fries to go and there was no line in front of me so i figured it would be quick.They must of been doing alot of online orders or something. When i said couldn’t wait much longer it still didnt matter. I would suggest to call ahead and not do a walkin. I cant say if the food was any good but i probably would not go there again. After getting money from me and nothing in return i wouldnt give them more money for sure. Very disapointed I gave this place 11.00 of my money and received zero food. They profited off of bad service.
