The girl taking my order has no customer service knowledge. She wasn’t rude but I wall showed more personality then she did and I asked for dine in and I was waiting for 20min and my good was put to go and was placed on the shelf. Over and over and over again, I keep getting raw wings. I keep complaining and telling them I want them cooked, but either they don’t care or their damn timer is off. Because I always get raw wings. It’s ridiculous, stop rushing out the food make sure it’s cooked before you give it to customers. Time to contact the health department!

I should of asked for my receipt. The girl taking my order told us it was going to be 30 minutes for my order. I ordered pickles with my sandwich and I asked for blue cheese. I didn’t get it. The order was done in 5 min. I waited outside for my order . When I got my order my fries and chicken were cold. I don’t know her name but she works here in the allentown next to red wing. Horrible service. I think she wanted me to have a horrible experience. Its ok , I will never come here again.

The wings are just so unbeatably good. I didn’t check the bag and walked out without my veggie sticks and extra ranch, but I called and they found the order and issued a refund for the missing items over the phone. Will definitely be back!

Visited Wingstop for the first time with friends today and was pleasantly surprised on how flavorful and delicious the food was! The store was spotless, including the bathrooms. Staff was busy, hardworking, and kind! Our food was hot and fresh and came out quickly. I can’t wait to come back again 🙂

Never ordering here again.!!! Ordered 15 lemon pepper wings with fries and ended up throwing all the wings away. They looked like they poured all the spice in the restaurant on them.. Too much salt and pepper on them you can’t even eat. And the fries were tasteless. I wish these guys would learn from the Wingstops in Philadelphia area
