Good food. First time checking this place out. The fries were my favorite. I will say it was a long wait for the food. A lot of people ordered ahead and can to pick up their food so in the future that is what I would do. This was a random, unplanned stop and we didn’t know wait times were as long as they were.

Very delicious food! Justin was very nice at the counter and food came out at a reasonable time. Now the reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because the dining area is pretty small but there fries are wonderful!there bbq wings are covered in bbq sauce! Overall a great spot to come with your friends and watch some sports on the tv. Good job Wingstop!

Went on a Thursday night. Food took about 40 minutes to make. They were busy, so that’s understandable – it’s a good problem to have. We ordered online and got 50 wings, and 3 sides of fries in 4 different flavors/types. Our receipt had printed on it exactly what we ordered, but get home and open it up, and find they only gave us 2 flavors (proper number of wings given). Disappointed, considering we paid 100 bucks. It quickly reminded me why I generally make my own wings at the house for a quarter of the price.

The food is really good, but if I could I would give this place -10 stars for service and atmosphere! Their pickup times are NEVER accurate. One time I waited for an hour and a half and this last time an hour past the pickup time given to me. Then when questioning the status of my food they act like it’s an inconvenience that I’m asking or have attitude because I’m asking. Really starting to make the food not worth the hassle!

I walked in today and was greeted by a dark skinned kind woman in training. Then out came this crazy no toothed short woman with tattoos on her neck who started grabbing, and harrassing her as part of her training and im not sure if this woman was management or what, until everyone in the room was uncomfortable this woman persisted to bully this young black girl in training at the register and embarrass her very loudly and her violent attitude was disturbing. Food was great! That manager however ruined my first impression of this place completely. Someone needs to do something about that woman! Around 5 oclock 01/02/2026

Wings were good and we liked that they had more than just your average mild, medium, hot etc.
However, the place looked like no one cleaned all day. Paper wrappers were strown on the floor, cooks were stepping over an entire order of fries in the middle of the kitchen.
Lastly, we ordered ahead and still had to wait past our pick up time for the wings to be ready. We would order from there again, but eating at home was the way to go.

The fries were soggy and cold but the sandwich is nice and juicy. I like my fries crispy. I also had their chicken tenders on Sunday and it was great tasting but again the fries were soggy, will be going back but only for the chicken.

I really hope the owner reads this because they tried to charge me almost 3 dollars for a cup of tapwater. It is illegal to charge for a tapwater in the state of New York. She said this is what the owner makes us do.. what a shame! I understand product cost for a cup, but that’s closer to $.10 not $3.

Ordered their game time flavor bundle classic. Delivery times kept changing. Took an hour to get here which is understandable being football Sunday. They just forgot 2 things…the drinks.

The wait time is absurd. We put in a mobile order for 8 Boneless wings and it was 50 minutes. By the time you eat you are cranky and food is cold and soggy.. We understand it’s new to the area but productivity could definitely improve the experience
