This place used to be decent. Fresh meal cooked right. Now the chicken is nothing but grizzle. The employees didn’t wear gloves and the 25 minutes it took for them to cook five wings for me all three employees were in and out of the bathroom multiple times. This will be the last time I ever go to Wingstop. They put so much salt on the french fries that they were not edible, this is coming from someone who enjoys salt very much. It was like they took the fries out of the fryer and threw them in a bag of salt. It’s a real shame that this store declined so much.

Third Wingstop run this week, and I’m basically a certified wing zombie now stumbling in for my fix like “Gimme those atomic bombs before I spontaneously combust from hanger!” (That’s hanger, not hunger… or maybe both.) The crew here? Wing whisperers. They tossed my order together faster than I could say “extra ranch, stat,” Fries were fluffier than my excuses for skipping the gym.

Team seemed very unorganized, fries weren’t being made in a timely manner. One team member handed me someone else’s order. Glad I checked the name on it before leaving the store, waited another 5 minutes after that for my order after already being there 20 minutes. When asked if everything was OK, I said no and told them I would reflect that in my review. The young girl in the front responded back well we made your food fresh. My mobile order wasn’t made until we arrived is what she should’ve said.

If I could give them 0 freaking stars— I would. They always mess up my order, but this time they literally did not give me 8 of my wings. My order looked like a child eat out of it. This is ridiculous.

We came here on a Friday night to order about two dozen wings. We had all “dry rub buffalo” wings. So, as I open the container I notice a lot of moisture and what appears to also be either BBQ sauce or actual OIL! Lo’ and behold, it was damn near a spoonful of oil just sitting there, because we didn’t have any wings that had any sauce. Ya’ll just didn’t even try at all, huh? To cook something like this and give it to someone is crazy LMAO. I would be ashamed of my cooking skills. The fries of course were also trash, as expected. The customer service was trash. The cooking was obviously trash and the ratings are trash. How do you mess up a dry rub? IT’S DRY. Just shut the place down at this point, it really shouldn’t even exist.
